Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your participation in this campaign is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions described below.

Terms & Conditions:
1. NEXA is holding a Social Media campaign “#WhatsInTheBox” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) on its micro site.
2. The Campaign is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

3. To be eligible for this campaign, the participant must follow below mentioned steps. Follow the link provided on the contest post to participate. Register at the microsite and submit your answer. First 2 participants who will predict the answer correctly will be gratified.

4. The winner cannot further transfer the gratification to someone else.

5. Participating in the “#WhatsInTheBox” campaign implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the campaign. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

6. Winner shall be selected at the sole discretion of NEXA.
7. Winner will be announced via Facebook/Twitter page of NEXA.

8. The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning participant is unable to be contacted till 24 hours after the campaign is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 24 hours from the closure of the campaign after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.

9. Winner will be asked to share their ID proofs through Facebook/Twitter direct message to claim the prize.

10. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation of NEXA.

11. This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram. The participant is providing their information to NEXA and not to any social media website.

12. The participation in the Campaign is voluntary. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

13. NEXA reserves the right to verify the winner’s details either on its own or through its authorized agency / person and the winner shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification.

Acceptance of Payment towards booking :
** Acceptance of online booking payment is taken on behalf of the Authorized NEXA Dealer by a payment gateway.
** The online booking engine is available at “Nexaexperience.com” whereas payment gateway is powered by the Intermediary providing payment gateway and merchant services.

** Payments made by the Customer for online booking of NEXA MODELS through payment gateway IMS are subject to the terms and conditions as provided by the payment gateway intermediary/ merchant service provider. MSIL or its Authorized NEXA Dealers would not be responsible for any non-payment or wrong payment made in respect of the booking through the payment gateway.

** The Booking amount for NEXA MODELS will be displayed on “Nexaexperience.com”.You cannot pay more or less than the mentioned amount for online booking of NEXA Models.
** The Booking Amount can be paid online using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking.
** Processing fees for booking amount paid by the Customer will be borne by the Authorized NEXA Dealer.
** The Customer needs to provide accurate and complete information while filling the form online.

** After online submission of the form and the valid online payment transaction, the system will generate a Payment Confirmation Reference Number and receipt of payment towards the booking amount. The Customer shall use the reference number and receipt to communicate with the Authorized NEXA Dealer.

** The booking shall be binding only after the receipt of the full balance price of NEXA MODELS and submission of requisite supporting documents. Until then, the online booking is merely a request on part of the Customer and an indication of an intention to sell on the part of the Authorized NEXA Dealer and does not result in a booking confirmation or contract of sale and does not impose financial implications on MSIL or the Authorized NEXA Dealer except as provided herein in these terms and conditions.

** MSIL retains the right to revise the specification, standard fitment and/or accessories of/for NEXA MODELS or introduce new variants or their versions or discontinue earlier variants or versions.
