#DesignForAmish Contest:

1) The contest is open to everyone in India and is promoted by Westland Publications Ltd., hereafter referred to as Westland.

2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
3) By taking part in this contest, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

4) Participants can enter only as individuals or as a group limited to 2 individuals hereafter referred to as a partnership and to be considered synonymous to participant for the remainder of this document explaining the terms and conditions of the contest. One individual can take part only once as an individual or part of a team of 2.

5) Only Participants of the age of 18 years and above can enter the contest.

6) The Fan cover Contest is only for designing a fan cover for Amish’s new book Sita – Warrior of Mithila. The design selected in the contest will not be used as the official cover of the book.

Furthermore the design selected in this contest cannot be used for any commercial purpose by either Westland or the participants.

7) A participant should have a Facebook profile to enter the contest. One participant can use only one Facebook account to participate. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified. In a team of 2 people, any and only one of the participants can present the entry through his/her Facebook profile

8) No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9) Only one entry per participant will be accepted within the stipulated contest duration. Entries sent after the submission date will not be considered.

10) As a condition of entry into the Contest, and by submitting your Fan Art Cover into this Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants to Westland a perpetual, worldwide, unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free license and right to publicize, promotional and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval

How to enter the contest:
11) The entry should be an original piece of work and should not be copied, replicated or downloaded from anywhere. Westland will disqualify any entry if seen as copied from another source.

In case of claims from original creator against participant for copyright infringement, participant will take full responsibility for claim and will indemnify Westland against any such claims or reparations to claimants thereof

12) The participant may draw, color, paint, sketch, illustrate or use photography for the cover for the contest. Participants can also use any form of art that can be transferred onto a book cover with requiring any further photography.

Physical works of art like sculpture that require further photography will be considered for submission only in photographed form and in the form of a finished cover as presented by the participant. Westland will not offer the services of photographing any physical art on behalf of the participant to ensure entry.

13) Should the entry contain a photograph, the participant warrants that the publicity, privacy, personality and/or proprietary rights of any person or entity have not been violated. The participants agrees to indemnify and hold Westland harmless in the event of any breach of such representation herein.

14) The entry should be submitted in Jpeg/ picture format only along with the hash tag #DesignForAmish. The entry needs to be submitted via the participant’s Facebook profile only. The entry has to be posted on the participants Facebook profile page or on Facebook.com/authoramish.

15) Apart from posting on the designated FB page, participants must submit their entry to the contest email ID contest@authoramish.com before end date for submission
16) The last date for submission is 30th April,2017 till 12 midnight
