#Challengethepros Contest:

The Audi R8 LMS Cup is conducting the #ChallengethePros game contest (the “Activity”) during the period from 6:00 pm China time (GMT + 8) on March 29, 2017, to 11:59 am China time on April 7, 2017 (the “Activity Period”).

The Activity is open to the Participants (as hereinafter defined). The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Activity:
** The employees (whether permanent or temporary) of Audi R8 LMS Cup, and its respective subsidiaries and holding companies;
** The employees (whether permanent or temporary) of Audi R8 LMS Cup’s promotion agencies, and other entities involved in the conduct, implementation and/or administration of the Activity (as determined by Audi R8 LMS Cup in its sole discretion); and
** The immediate family members of each such employee. For the purposes hereof, “immediate family members” includes spouse, parent, child (including adopted child and step-child), brother, sister and the spouse of the child, brother or sister.

“Participant” means an individual who:
** is of the age of 18 years and above;
** holds a valid identification card/document and a valid passport that entitles the person to travel overseas;
** resides in one of the following countries: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam;
** participates in the Activity by submitting a Qualifying Entry (as hereinafter defined);
** but excluding the persons listed under clause 1(a) to clause 1(c) above.

By participating in the activity, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts that the decision of Audi R8 LMS Cup regarding the Activity and all matters related to or connected with it, including, without limitation, the interpretation of these terms and conditions, is final and binding and no queries shall be entertained.

To participate in the activity, a Participant must:
** Follow Audi R8 LMS Cup’s official Facebook page;
** Post a screenshot of their best game score in the comments section of the contest announcement Facebook post.

The Qualifying post shall in these terms and conditions be referred to as the “Qualifying Entry”.

Participants must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to be eligible to participate in the activity (collectively the “Eligibility Criteria”):
** A Participant must successfully submit a Qualifying Entry during the Activity Period in accordance with these terms and conditions. Each participant is eligible to submit multiple comments and is entitled to redeem the prize once during the entire contest period;
** Qualifying Entries must be submitted latest by 11:59 am (China Time) on April 7, 2017, in order to be eligible to stand a chance to win the Prize;
** The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entries that contain violence, obscene, foul language, offensive comments, personal political and religious views or comments on other brands, and any other inappropriate content from being selected to be featured on Audi R8 LMS Cup’s Facebook page without notifying participants.
** Qualifying Entries must be submitted in English.

Terms & Conditions: :
** A Participant who meets the Eligibility Criteria shall in these terms and conditions be referred to as the “Eligible Participant”.
** The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found or suspected of falsifying their identity in order to take part in the contest. The Organizer also retains the right to recover damages or other compensation from rogue participants.
** To determine the winners of the activity, the Qualifying Entry of the Eligible Participant will be judged on explanation, composition and style. Audi R8 LMS Cup has absolute discretion on the selection of the winners.
** 10 winners will receive a limited edition Audi R8 LMS car model each.
** Winners will be notified in reply to their comments on the contest post on or before April 10, 2017. Winners have to provide personal information and contact for identity verification and gifts collection through private inbox message to the Audi R8 LMS Cup page.
** Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and not returnable.
** The Organizer reserves the right to change any contest details, without prior warning.
** The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters associated with the contest.
