Play Back To Back Contest:

The Skybags #Playbacktoback Game is an online Contest conducted by V.I.P. Industries Limited which will run for a period of up to 14 days and is open to all legal residents of India.

The Contest invites participants to play the Play back to back game, set a high score and defend it until the end date of the contest. The participants will be awarded prizes based purely on merit. i.e Their scores.

Each participant can enter in the Contest multiple times throughout the duration of the Contest. However, frequency of participation is not a criteria for victory.

Eligibility:
** The Contest is open to Indian residents only who give their consent and agree to be bound by these Rules and others Terms and Conditions as may be specified by the V.I.P. Industries Limited from time to time.

** Participants are allowed to send multiple entries. At the time of submission of entry, each Participant must be an Indian citizen (e.g., must be able to show proof of legal permanent residence, if asked for) and must have agreed to be bound by these Rules.

** Employees, interns, and other official office-holders, as well as their immediate families or relatives, working with V.I.P. Industries Limited or any other group company of VIP ; and the employees, interns and other official office-holders, of the agency

Contest Period:
The Contest begins on 31st March 2017 and the closing date for participation by V.I.P. Industries Limited is 20th April 2017. All dates are subject to change without any intimation.

How to Enter:
To enter users will be required to play the play back to back game after logging in via Facebook on the microsite created for the same. i.e. skybags.co.in/playbacktoback
** The entry must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libelous or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or that promotes hatred or harm against any group of persons or person or religion, or otherwise does not comply with the theme and spirit of the Contest.
** The entry must not contain content, material or any element/s that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable national, state, or local laws, rules and regulations.
** Please note that under relevant laws of India, use of the National Flag, and other national symbols such as the Ashoka Chakra and the pictorial representation of national personalities such as Mahatma Gandhi, Prime Minister of India etc for certain purposes including as part of a corporate logo, are not permitted.
** It must not contain any content, material or element that displays any third party advertising, slogan, logo, trademark, copyright, design or otherwise indicates a sponsorship or endorsement by a third party, commercial entity or that is not within the spirit of the Contest.
** It must be original, unpublished works that does not contain, incorporate or otherwise use any content, material or element that is owned by a third party or entity or any other person.
** The entry cannot contain any content, element, or material that violates a third party’s right or publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights.
** The entry is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim.
** The entry shall not include any disparaging remarks relating to the V.I.P. Industries Limited or any third party by whatsoever name called.
