NEGOTIATION COMPETITION :
RULES AND REGULATIONS :
The 1st Gravity Negotiation Competition, 2015 aims at providing an opportunity to law students across cities and universities to practice and showcase their negotiation skills, and to provide a brilliant platform to all students to compete in a truly competitive environment.

The participating students, acting as lawyers, will negotiate a series of legal simulations. The simulations, are based on real life examples, comprise: (i) a common set of facts known to all participants; and (ii) confidential information known only to the participants representing a particular side.

General Instructions :
Each Participating Team will:
consist of two Eligible Students;
not be permitted to change the composition of its team once the same has been communicated to the Competition Administrator (other than in case of unforeseen circumstances).
Participants have to wear formal dress, with black blazer.

Team cap per college: 3
Members per team: 2

Registration Fees: Rs.300/-

Gifts/Prizes worth:
1. Winner team – 2000/-
2. 1st Runners up team- 1000/-

NOTE: The registration for this competition will close on 01.10.2015.

3. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding in all cases.
4. The organizing committee shall be authorized to take any action against any student using illegal, improper and unlawful means.
5. Registration fees shall be paid in college only. The same can be sent by courier also.
6. The registration fees shall be deposited within 15 days of registration.
7. A team can participate in more than one event provided there is no overlapping.(Refer to the schedule on our website)
