Eligibility:
** The campaign is open to users who are residents of India only. Employees of GVK MIAL and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.
** Employees of RwandAir and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.
** The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.

How to Participate :
** To participate, entrants must like the CSIA Mumbai page on Facebook and follow on Twitter (@csiamumbai) and Instagram (@csiamumbai).
** To participate, entrants must like the RwandAir page on Facebook (@FlyRwandAir) and follow on Twitter (@FlyRwandAir) and Instagram (@flyrwandair).
** The participant will have to answer (Like, Comment & Share and Retweet) the contest questions and post the answer in the comments or reply on Twitter with their answers.
** If a participant doesn’t complete all the questions and the task, their entry will not be considered complete and they won’t be eligible for the competition.

Contest Terms:
** RwandAir will provide 1 return ticket valid for 6 months to the winner to Kigali, Rwanda.
** The contest will be conducted on 3rd April – 9th April, 2017 and entries will close at 11:59 PM on 8th April.
** This contest is brought to you by GVK MIAL and RwandAir.
** Winners will be determined by a computerized selection from all correct and complete entries received.
** Upgrading to a higher class by paying the fare difference is not permitted.
** The ticket is inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of on ground transfers, accommodation and visa.
** All the participants need to have a valid Indian passport.

** The tickets are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not eligible for mileage accrual for any Frequent Flyer Programmes.

If winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address and/or contact number provided on entry form or does not reply/acknowledge the email within (10) working days from Promotion Administrator’s first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing No disputes/correspondence of any kind whatsoever will be entertained with respect to the selection of the winners.

** RwandAir/ GVK MIAL is not responsible for any differences/variance/ deficiency in the service and will not have any obligation to respond to any complaints.
** There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
** Any change in dates will not be provided; if any changes are required, rescheduling charges will apply.
** RwandAir/ GVK MIAL reserves the right to use the prize winner’s name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without the payment of any fee.

** RwandAir/ GVK MIAL will not abide claims, damages or liability of any kind, including personal injuries, death or property damages or any direct consequential, incident or other damages, which the winner or anyone may suffer as a result of participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

** RwandAir / GVK MIAL is not responsible for any delay that occurs for reasons outside their control. Black-out dates, additional package inclusions and further Terms & Conditions will be mentioned on the winner’s coupon/voucher.

** This prize cannot be combined with any other on-going offers/promotions/ Contests/discounts available at the time of availing the vacation.
