Terms & Conditions :
1. By entering the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the Contest.
2. The above mentioned contest is valid for legal residents of India.
3. The contest is valid only on participation in the contest hosted on https://www.facebook.com/maxfashions/ for a specific period only.
4. The contest is open to all Indian citizens above the age of 18 on the date of participation.
5. To be eligible for the contest, registrants must be Indian citizens or Indian permanent residents.

6. How to participate:
a. Like the https://www.facebook.com/maxfashions/ page.
b. Shop for your favourite apparels from bit.ly/MaxFashionShopping in between 2 to 4p.m.
c. Take a screenshot of the confirmation order and post it on the comment section of (Bit.ly Unpublished ad)
d. Add the hashtag #ToTheMax
e. Minimum purchase of INR 2000

7. Entries will be accepted till the date of 14th April, 2017.
8. Announcement of the winners will take place everyday between 10th to 14th April 2017.
9. The winner is expected to share their contact details (full name, contact number, residential address and email id) for further communication.
10. Max Fashion reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the contest rules or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
11. Max Fashion also reserves the right to disqualify any members / entries without having to enter into any correspondence on their decisions.
12. The closing date can be changed at the sole discretion of Max Fashion.
13. Entries sent to the Inbox will not be accepted.
14. Entries for the contest will be accepted only for the time mentioned.
15. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be considered.
16. All rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
17. Eligibility for being selected for the winning entry will be decided by Max Fashion.
18. The announcement of the winner will be made via Max Fashion Facebook Page.

20. Disputes, if any, arising out of this contest is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.
21. The participant shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this contest.
