Terms and Conditions:
Per Oracle rules and regulations, all attendees must register for the conference themselves using their own Oracle.com single sign-on (SSO) login. If attendees do not have an Oracle.com account already created, they have to create one.
Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are nontransferable and may not be shared onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference.
Legal drinking age in Delhi is 25 and anyone below that will not be served any alcohol during the Oracle Appreciation Event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or above and currently not a student.
Nominations:
Nominations must be requested by sending an email to OracleOpenWorld@arvatoindia.com by sending complete details: Name, Designation, Organisation Name, Address, Contact Number and Email.
Onsite Reprints for Lost Badges:
If you lose your badge onsite, please visit the Help Desk Counter at the Registration Area to get a duplicate badge. Please provide a valid government photo ID for access and security.
Registration Last Dates:
The cutoff for all registration Last Dates is 5:00 p.m. on 5th May.
Onsite Security:
As a security measure, Oracle will be randomly checking bags onsite at Oracle OpenWorld.
Onsite Proof of Attendance:
Proof of attendance letters will be provided upon request. While onsite, please contact the Oracle information desk. Post event, please contact the Oracle OpenWorld India Registration help desk at OracleOpenWorld@arvatoindia.com

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password(s) and account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your password(s) or account(s) or as a result of your access to the Site.
You agree to notify Oracle immediately of any use of your password(s) or account(s) that you did not authorize or that is not authorized by these Terms of Use.
