#TheWinningStroke Contest :

** Dell EMC India – #TheWinningStroke Contest shall be open from 5th April, 2017 and shall close on 19th May, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

** The Contest is open to residents of India only who are above the age of eighteen (18) years.
** In the event if a person is found below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).
** To participate in the Contest, it is mandatory to like us on www.facebook.com/dellemcindia and follow us on www.twitter.com/dellemcindia
** Like and RT of the post is mandatory.
** To participate in this contest, the contestant must use the following hashtags with their entries -#TheWinningStroke
** By participating in the Contest, you (i.e. “the Contestant”) agree and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Contest mentioned here.
** Contest is applicable on Facebook & Twitter
** Entries to be sent on Facebook & Twitter only.
** One winner will be announced every Friday collectively from Facebook & Twitter for 6 consecutive weeks, based on the entry, judged by a panel constituted by Dell EMC India.
** The decision of the Judges will be final.
** If any RT or videos comes within the nature of insults, defamatory, vulgar etc.. or against the spirit of the contest Dell EMC has to right to disbar the contestant, take appropriate action and delete the entries and RTs.
** “The Contestants’ shall enter their ‘Dell Latitude Winning Stroke Moments’ through a video or picture. Dell Latitude laptop should be properly visible for the entry to be considered as correct entry.
** Winners will win Dell Latitude 3379 Laptop. The same will be sent across to the winner via courier.
** The prize shall not be transferable /redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained in this behalf. Neither can the prize be clubbed with any other promotion or discount.
** All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s)and any/all posts shall vest solely and exclusively with the Company at all times.
** The Company will have the right to reproduce all the Comments/tweets in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print, etc. without any permission and/or payment to the Contestants.
** The Company reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without assigning any reason or giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
** Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Company to conduct further similar or other promotions.
** The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data, transmission errors, delays etc.
** The Contestant expressly undertakes that answer given by him /her does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third person and/or party.
** The Contestant shall indemnify and at all times keep indemnified and hold harmless the Company against any claims, loss, damage that may be suffered by it as a result of such infringement by the Contestant without contestation or demur.
** The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in this Contest.
** In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
** The decision of the Committee / Company will be final and binding and no correspondence of any nature whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
** All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India only.
