Please read all these Terms & Conditions (T&C) carefully before entering the “#BizResolution” (the “Contest”) to be conducted by Capital Float (the “Company”).

Eligibility:
1. The Contest is valid for all citizens of India and shall be conducted in seven cities (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune and Indore) of India. The Contest is valid for non-salaried business owners only.

2. Employees and Immediate Family of the Company, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies, agents, professional advisors and its Auditors shall not have the right to participate in this Contest.

Contest Description & Participation:
Following steps are to mandatory to participate in the Contest:

Step 2: Fill in the required details
Step 3: Submit your business resolution (the submitted business resolution must be a minimum of 160 characters)
Step 4: Share your business resolution, with #BizResolution, on Facebook to qualify for standing a chance to win Amazon vouchers (ensure that the privacy setting of posts thus submitted on Facebook is set to ‘Public’)

The Participants are solely responsible for all charges incurred in taking part in the Contest, including any internet and/ or mobile phone charges and/ or SMS charges, as may be applicable.

Gratifications:
1. A maximum of 14 winners for T20 matches (each winner gets an additional ticket) and 12 winners for Amazon vouchers to be chosen from the list of all valid participants via Randomizer for #BizResolution

2. The Company’s responsibility ends with announcing the Winner(s) and handing over the Prize(s) to these Winner(s). Any additional cost(s) incurred for attending the matches (such as and not limited to transportation costs, mobile expenses, mobile calls expenses, and internet browsing charges) would not be borne by the Company

3. Last day of the campaign is 28th April, 2017

Contest Period :
The Contest commences on 17th April, 2017 at [00:00] hours and closes on 28th April, 2017 at [23:59] hours

Randomization process:
a) All valid correct entries received across Facebook and Competition landing page will be selected for randomization by the software
b) The shortlisting of valid entries by the randomizer will use the pre-defined reservation criteria on reasonable endeavours basis
c) In the event one or more cells of the grid are not capable of being completed by the randomizer software due to inadequate Valid Entries, the balance may be filled from amongst the Valid Entries at the discretion of the Company
d) Valid entries as decided by the Company from the Registrants received will be informed by Email & phone.
e) The Company shall not be held liable for telephone system difficulties, downtime of systems, back-up of data, telephone system capacity and other technical impediments during the registration process.

Participation Criteria:
(1) Participation is optional and voluntary.
(2) Only posts with #BizResolution will be considered valid. The post must be a minimum of 160 characters and that the privacy setting of the submitted post on Facebook is set to ‘Public’.

(3) The Company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Participants (including a Participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

(4) In the event of a death of the Winner, no claim from the nominees or legal heirs of the Winners will be entertained for receiving the Prize.

(5) All Winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through proof of identity and Indian residency and complete compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Identification to be considered suitable for verification shall be at the discretion of the Company.
