World Heritage Day Contest:

1. This is a “World Heritage Day contest” by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (‘Club Mahindra’) which is carried out in Facebook and Twitter.

2. This Contest will run on 18th April 2017, between 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM. The duration of Contest can be curtailed or extended as deemed necessary in its sole discretion by Club Mahindra without issuing any prior notice.
3. The Contest will be hosted on Club Mahindra’s official Facebook and Twitter page.
4. A Participant can submit multiple entries but is only entitled to win once.

Procedures for Participation:
1. Participants has to answer trhe questions asked and share their magical holiday memories with us & write about his/her favorite Resort and post the same in the official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/clubmahindra or in the Twitter account of Club Mahindra at https://twitter.com/clubmahindra
2. Participants need to use the hashtag #RajasthanHeritageQuiz at the end of their post in order to make a valid entry.

Terms and Conditions for Participation:
1. Contest would take place on Facebook & Twitter and all the entries must be submitted within the contest period.
2. The Contest is not open to employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.
3. The decision of Club Mahindra in respect of all the matters of eligibility and winning entry shall be final and binding on the Participants.
4. Mere Participation does not guarantee a prize.
5. Club Mahindra reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants.
6. Club Mahindra Holidays does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the Participants.
7. Club Mahindra may collect personal information such as the Participant’s name, phone number or e-mail address, Government Identity Cards which may be used by Club Mahindra for its internal and promotional purposes.
8. By participating in the contest, the Participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation.
9. All submissions and entries for the contest shall be accepted at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra.
10. Club Mahindra reserves the right to alter, change, or modify the terms and conditions or postpone or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion at any time during the period of the Contest without issuing any prior notice and without being liable in any manner.
