Watch and Win Contest :

The following are the rules for a ” Watch & Win Contest” (“Contest”)’ which will be held on Colors Bangla (“Channel”) during 9 pm until 10.30 pm from April 16, 2017 until May 7, 2017 on Saturday and Sunday, in relation to the newly launched show of the Channel viz. ‘Chakachak Comedy Chowk’.

These Rules set forth the terms of the agreement between Viacom18 Media Private Limited (“Company”) and each participant who participates in the Contest.

Participant’s Eligibility:
A. The Contest is open only to the residents of West Bengal (“Territory”) who are 18 years and above as on April 16, 2017.

B. Participants should provide all the required information, which has been asked from them. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest.

C. The Contest is not open to the permanent and/or contract employees and directors of the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Company Entities”) and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest and

Contest Procedure:
A. The Contest shall be held on the Channel between 9 pm to 10.30 pm (“Contest Time”) on every Saturday and Sunday per week starting from April 16, 2017 until May 7, 2017 (“Contest Date/s”) (all the Contest Dates are collectively referred to as the “Contest Period”).

B. Medium for participating in the Contest:
The Participants can participate in the Contest through Short Messaging Service (SMS) only to the mobile number (“Mobile Number”) as provided by the Channel during the Contest Time on the Channel

C. Participation:
On each Contest Date, the Participant(s) may watch the Program on the Channel and during such telecast one (1) question shall be asked by the Channel during the Contest Time on the Channel. The Participants shall be given 3 (three) options.

D.  The Company/Channel reserves the rights to add/ delete/ modify the modes of participation in the Contest and also the operators/ partners who support these platforms. Participant should check with their respective telecom operators for the availability of this service and the cost of the each SMS.

E. The Company shall not be responsible in case of any network problems such as breakdown of machinery, unclear network, disruption in the network and/or any cost of the SMS charged by the telecom operator.

F. In case of telecom and/or network failure, the Company reserves the right to change the Contest mechanism or take such necessary steps as it may deem fit.

G. All entries via SMS shall have to be sent in the abovementioned manner only and if sent in a manner other than that mentioned above, the same shall not be considered as valid and as such, shall not be included in the tabulation of correct anwers received.

H. Any cost of the SMS is decided at the sole discretion of the respective telecom operators and may vary across telecom operators.. Participant(s) is required to check with his or her respective cellular/ mobile operator for details regarding the same.

I. The Participant may, get a reply once his / her answer has been registered at the back-end. The Participant shall hold the Company / Channel / sub-contractors harmless in case the response message has not been received by him.

J. Post submission of the entry via SMS, the Participant(s) will not be permitted to modify / alter / change any details.

K. Participant(s) may send only one (1) entry from one registered number and only entries received during the Contest Time on the respective Contest Date shall be considered valid.

Selection Process:
A. The Company shall, on a random basis and in its sole discretion, select 1 winner (“Winner/s”) for each Contest Date from among the Participant(s) who have sent correct and proper entries for the questions on a particular Contest Date , within the Contest Time.

B. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant(s) from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participant(s).

C. Prize:
(i) Each Winner shall stand a chance to win couple pass for such Indian Premier League (“IPL”) matches where the team “Kolkata Knight Riders” are playing and are held in Kolkata (“Matches”)-. The Prize/s may be claimed by the Winners subject to the terms and conditions as specified below for the Prize.

D. A participant once chosen as a Winner/s will be entitled to only one Prize. It is further clarified that such eligibility shall at all times be subject to the other terms and conditions as contained herein and that to the discretion of the Company/Channel. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the participant to win the Prize.

E. The Winner(s) of each Contest Date shall be contacted by the Company via the registered phone number, through which the correct answers were given. The Winners shall be required to furnish his/her name, contact information and other information including but not limited to PAN Number as sought by the Company.
