Select participants will be declared as winners from the applications received through the registration and will get to win passes to attend the home matches of the Rising Pune Supergiant team in Pune, as ball boys, on the 6th of April, 11th of April, 22nd of April, 29th of April, 1st of May or 14th of May.

How To Participate:
To participate in the activity, each participant through its legal guardian (“Applicant”), needs to adhere to the following requirements:
** Fill in the required details on the form provided.
** Submit the completed form

Terms and Conditions:
** Parents registering on behalf of the “applicant” ( by “applicant”, implied as the child here) must ensure the “applicant” is aged between 12 and 18 years of age.
** All “applicants” considered for this activity must conform to the specified age criteria and would be required to furnish a valid proof of identification during correspondence and at the venue.
** The Applicant must ensure that Participant will be able to attend the home games if he/she confirmed to in the form, if selected.
** If selected, the applicant will need to conform to wearing the provided attire (the uniform) designated for the ball boys, details for which will be duly communicated to in due course of time.
** The selected winners will be required to report in white trousers and sports shoes to the venue. They will be provided with the jersey from the organizing team.
** The selected winners are required to report at the venue 4 hour prior to the match timing.
** This activity is open from 01/04/2017 to 01/05/2017 12 pm. After the specified time, no further applications for the activity will be permitted.

Conditions for participation:
** This activity is open to all Indian residents except the employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors /executing agencies and their associate companies.
** The Applicants must be adults (above the age of 18 years) and each Participant must be between the age of 12 and 18 years..
** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
** All entries must be submitted through Moto India’s registration form. Entries submitted through any other medium would not be considered for the contest.
** Moto India reserves the right to use all assets (content/images) that are created with respect to this activity and each Applicant agrees to waive its rights (if any) and assign the same in respect thereof, in favour of Moto India.
** The entries would be the intellectual property of Moto India. The entries are meant to be used by Moto India for promotional and display purposes, and also for any other use as may be deemed appropriate for the initiative.
** The entries must not contain any provocative, objectionable or inappropriate content.
** Moto India does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the Applicants / Participants.
** Moto India reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the activity and/ or the Terms & Conditions. However, any changes to the Terms & Conditions will be updated/ posted on Moto India’s Facebook platform.
** It would be the responsibility of the Applicants to keep themselves informed as per any changes in the Terms & Conditions stated for this contest and inform the respective Participants in whose behalf such applications are made.
** No responsibility can be accepted by Moto India for applications not received for whatsoever reason.
** All entries and/or submissions will not be returned to the Applicants/Participants, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
** Prizes shall be deemed to be given to the select Participants and are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prize.

Evaluation Criteria:
** Entries will be judged on the quality of answers provided to the mandatory questions in the form.
** The decision of Moto India would be final and binding on all the Applicants/ Participants and no clarifications would be issued for any of the decisions.
** The Applicants shall share their respective address and contact details within 3 hours of receiving a confirmation from Moto, their relevant Participants as a winner.
** Applicants are allowed to make submissions on behalf of multiple Participants. However, the winner will be eligible to receive only win one prize per person.
