QuEST Ingenium Competition:

QuEST Ingenium is a National level flagship competition in its 7th year. This event conducted by QuEST Global Engineering Services India, engages, final/pre-final year B.E/B.Tech/Dual Degree students across India.

Innovative Engineering projects from across the country are screened through, to find the country’s Best 200 engineering project and provide the team members with placement opportunity at QuEST Global.

Award Winning National Level competition for B.E/Btech Students. The Top Ten Projects are exhibited to a panel of judges, constituted by the celebrated personalities of corporate sector.

Eligibility:
Only final/pre-final year B.E/B.Tech./integrated degree students can register

The project must be in one of the following disciplines:
Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Power Generation, Automobile, Embedded and Healthcare.

Project Selection Process : Combined Score of the Panelists
Each project will be judged by a panel of 4 members drawn from QuEST Global. Each member of the panel will evaluate the projects at the various stages and a final score will be arrived by combining the individual scores of the panelists.

There will be four stages of review:
Stage-1:
Each team’s abstract will be reviewed by a panel. This along with the other criteria (like team, topic etc) will form the basis of approval to continue in the competition.

Stage-2:
All the final reports received will be reviewed by the panel. Based on the quality of work presented in the report (and other submitted artifacts), top 200 projects will be selected. All of these 200 teams will be called to take up the QuEST recruitment Test and successful candidates will be offered to join QuEST.

Stage-3:
The top 200 projects will be further reviewed by panel and if required telephonic discussion will be conducted to select top 10 projects.

Stage-4:
An event will be held at QuEST Global to evaluate these top 10 projects. Each team will have to make a presentation to the panel and defend their work. Based on the presentation and overall technical contents, the top 3 teams will be selected by the Review panel.

Team Guidelines for QuEST Ingenium 2017 :
Teams can have a maximum of four members. All members of a team must be working on the same project and follow certain team guidelines.

The project must be in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Power Generation, Automobile, Embedded and Healthcare.

** Only final/pre-final year B.E/B.Tech./integrated degree students can register
** Each team should give a name to their team
** The member of team who registers first will have access to upload abstract/project report later
** Participation of at least one female member in the team is encouraged (not mandatory)

Competition Rules and Guidelines for submission :
** Teams interested in participation should take approval in writing from their respective colleges
** All work must be done, reported, submitted in English
** Teams must ensure that their work does not violate any Intellectual Property Rights
** All communications will be through email or online transactions
** QuEST Global will not claim any ownership of the ideas, concepts, prototypes, reports submitted as part of the competition
** Late submissions will not be accepted
** QuEST Global reserves the right to reject an entry without assigning any reasons
