Energy Efficiency Circle Competition :

Energy Efficiency continues to be the top priority for any organisation to improve bottom line, be more cost competitive in open market place and meet National objective of enhanced energy efficiency.

Industry has significantly improved its energy efficiency in recent decades. CII’s continuous thrust towards strengthening the Quality movement in India through initiatives like Quality Circle Competition, TPM Circle etc. have already witnessed tremendous improvement in perception about quality and quality of manufacturing.

Motivated from such past initiatives & movements, CII in its continuous endeavours to encourage, support & applaud the efforts of industry in improving energy efficiency & reducing the natural resources consumption has conceptualised & is organising First National Energy Circle Competition on 18 – 19 May 2017 at New Delhi. Industry, Technology Provider & Institutions will compete & share their success stories.

The objective of the Convention is to provide a platform to the practicing companies to share their success stories & help others internalize the concept in a right way the first time. As it is rightly said seeing is believing.

The National Energy Circle Competition will have Competition & Success Stories from Industry, Technology Providers & Institutions. The objective is to Recognise Industry, Technology Providers, Institutions & Organisations through Prestigious Annual Awards on Excellence in Energy Efficiency.

Competitions and recognition under following categories:
1. Best Energy Efficient Organisation
2. Best Energy Efficient Case Study
3. Innovations in Energy Efficiency
4. Best Application & Uses of Renewable Energy
5. Best Managed Electrical System, Safety & Power Quality
6. Energy Efficient Technology & Impact Created (only technology provider can apply)
7. Innovative Financing & ESCO Model

The presentation for quality of projects and usage of various tools to achieve energy efficiency will be judged by a Jury of Experts. The Winners of the Competition will be awarded with prestigious Trophy & Certificate of Recognition. Please find attached details of the program.
