Star Chuno Superstar Bano Contest :

The contest activity starts from 12th April 2017 till 19th May 2017 for the social/ digital audience of Colonel & Co. and listeners/participants of Program/Contest namely “COLONEL & CO. STAR CHUNO SUPERSTAR BANO” being played out on Colonel & Co.’s Facebook (facebook.com/colonelandco) & Twitter (twitter.com/colonel_co) pages and broadcasted on HTML’s Radio division FEVER 104 FM, Delhi Station and Mumbai Station.

Contest Idea & Gratification:
The name of the Contest is ‘Colonel & Co. Star Chuno, Super Star Bano’ where ONE LUCKY WINNER from Delhi and Mumbai each along with a Fever RJ, will fly down to watch the Finals Live in Hyderabad. The winner will get couple tickets to fly to Hyderabad.

Phase 1: Live Voting
Mechanism:
** Ever week, Contestants have to vote for the best performing player of the week according to them on Colonel & Co’s Facebook & Twitter Pages OR through SMS <Best Performing Player Of The Week> on 54242
** The cricketer who gets the maximum votes every week will be selected as the Colonel & Co STAR OF THE WEEK. Those who have voted for that player become eligible to become Colonel & Co Superstar of the Contest at the end of the competition.
** Both the ‘Star’ and the ‘Superstar’ shall be announced on Colonel & Co.’s Facebook & Twitter pages.
** Contestants who have who voted for that cricketer will be randomly selected as winners from first round. The gratification is proceeding to the next round (battle round).
** There will be a LIVE POLL on Colonel & Co’s Facebook Page every Friday and the options of the cricketers will be given by Fever Team.
** The Cricket player who gets selected as the star every week, need not be necessarily out of those put up for LIVE POLLING on Facebook

Phase 2: Battle Rounds
Mechanism:
** Starts on 15th May 2017 for 5 days.
** Winners from the previous phase will be invited to Fever 104 FM studios in Delhi & Mumbai.
** The RJs will ask questions and the contestants have to answer correctly while eating nachos. Whoever answers the most number of questions and eats maximum Nachos become eligible to win
** One contestant from Delhi and Mumbai each with maximum points (a combination of maximum correct answers and maximum nachos) at the end of the phase will win and be selected as the grand winner to travel to Hyderabad to watch the finals.
** The final gratification is a couple pass for the finals in Hyderabad, each of the two winners is entitled to travel with one person of his/her choice.

** Organizers shall select one winner among the qualified listeners/participant who can get a chance to win Colonel & Co. Star Chuno Superstar Bano_contest less tax/TDS as per applicable law .
** The winners will be sent an agreement along with the T&C through post or in person. The winners will then have to resend the same along with their Address and Identity proof.
** The winner selected shall be a resident of Delhi / Mumbai only respectively for each city
** Employees of Organizers, sponsors of the prizes, associated agencies and their immediate family members and relatives/distant relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest.
** Persons above the age of 18 yrs are only eligible for the contest. Further, Persons must be resident of Delhi and Mumbai respectively are only eligible to participate in the Contest.
** HT MEDIA LIMITED will not be responsible in any way for failure of any backend technology of IVRS applications and resultant inability of a listener for participation.
** HT MEDIA LIMITED will not be responsible for alteration or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes beyond its control.
** Winner will be liable to pay the taxes (if any) as applicable on the winning Prize.
** The winner is chosen by a randomizer/based on the mechanics mentioned above and only the winner will be intimated by phone by HT MEDIA LIMITED and shall be provided with the address from where the winner can collect the prizes.
** The prize shall be paid/ collected the prizes from respective office of Fever 104 FM based at Delhi and Mumbai.
** The prize shall be handed over to the winner on production of valid documents for Photo ID proof/Valid Passport.
