This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”)

** are citizens of India &
** are viewers of the channel “Nick” (“Channel”); and

Contest T&C :
** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

** To participate in the Contest, a Participant is required to correctly solve “The Mystery of the Theft at Vishrampur” (“Mystery”) the help of the clues and hints provided therein and accordingly, identify the real thief / culprit, by selecting the correct answer from the multiple options provided, as per mode of participation provided below and the instructions that may be provided by Organizer from time to time (“Contest Entry”).

** A Participant must log on to the official Nick India webpage at the following address: www.nickindia.com and thereafter successfully navigate to the Contest webpage / microsite at www.nickindia.com/jasoosi (“Contest Webpage”).

** After successfully navigating to Contest Webpage, a Participant is to correctly solve the Mystery with the help of the clues and hints provided therein and accordingly, identify the real thief / culprit by selecting the correct answer from the multiple options provided on the said Contest Webpage during the Contest Period (as defined hereinafter) as per methods provided hereinbelow.

** Participants may participate more than once on every day basis during the Contest Period. The detailed mode for participation in the Contest is set out herein below.
** The Winners shall be selected and declared in the manner more particularly set out herein. The Winners of the Contest will be selected as per the selection mechanism provided below.

Mode of Participation:
** A Participant may participate in the Contest by following below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):
** A Participant must log on to the official Nick India webpage at the following address/url: www.nickindia.com.
** Thereafter, a Participant must navigate to the Contest webpage / microsite at the following address/url www.nickindia.com/jasoosi (“Contest Webpage”).

** Upon successfully navigating to the Contest Webpage, a Participant must, at the outset, complete a form and accurately provide their basic details such as name, email id, contact number and such other details as may be requested in the said Contest Webpage.

** A Participant must, thereafter, carefully read through the story of the Mystery i.e. a theft that took place at the bank, in the town of Vishrampur, on the Contest Webpage.

** Each Participant will also be provided 4 (four) clues to solve the Mystery and basis the aforesaid clues, each Participant must select 4 (four) suspects who are most likely to have committed the theft from the multiple options provided on the said Contest Page.

** Upon selection of the 4 (four) suspects, a Participant will again have to carefully read through the story of the Mystery on the Contest Webpage.

** Upon such re-reading of the Mystery, a Participant shall be provided with the final 2 (two) clues to solve the Mystery and basis the aforesaid clues, each Participant will have to correctly identify the real thief / culprit from among the shortlisted 4 (four) suspects and thereby, solve the Mystery.

** At each stage of participation in the Contest, a Participant shall carefully follow the instructions provided on the Contest Webpage.
** Participants may participate more than once on every day basis during the Contest Period.

** The aforementioned mode of participation in the Contest shall at all times be subject to these Terms and Conditions and any other rules / instructions mentioned in the said Contest Webpage or informed by the Organiser from time to time, in its sole discretion.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 1st May, 2017 and shall conclude on 31st May, 2017 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any Contest Entry/ies received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.
