#MeriPyaariBinduConcert Contest :

The #MeriPyaariBinduConcert Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is organized by Yash Raj Films (“hereinafter referred to as “YRF”). The below mentioned terms and conditions govern the conduct of the Contest.

Rules for participation:
** All entries should include the hashtag #MeriPyaariBinduConcert
** Participants must ‘Like’ the official page of Meri Pyaari Bindu on Facebook or Follow @MeriPyaariBindu on Twitter/Instagram.
** Tagging @MeriPyaariBindu in all your entries is a must

T&C:
1. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
2. Contest begins on 3rd May, 2017 & will end on 5th May, 2017. Any entries submitted after the closing date will not be entertained.
3. This contest is open for residents of Mumbai only, who have a valid Twitter/Instagram/Facebook account.
4. YRF shall have the sole and absolute discretion with respect to all matters concerning the Contest including but not limited to the execution and administration of this Contest. The participants agree and acknowledge that YRF’s decision in all matter concerning the Contest shall be final.
5. Participant acknowledges, agrees and warrants that nothing in the entry infringes any third-party intellectual property, copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks, or violates any person’s right of privacy or any other third party rights.
6. By participating in the Contest, the participants give YRF permission to use his/her name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance in the form of images, photographs, videos etc. for the purpose of the Contest or any future contest or promotion.
7. The Participant(s) should not deface or disparage any brand of India or YRF in any manner in the process of creating and posting their response.
8. The participants cannot create similar entries as submitted for this Contest to any other forum, blog, website or any other contest of a similar nature.
9. YRF is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the participants while travelling to YRF office to collect the prize and the concert location.
