Indian Super Saver League:

1. The contest is only for registered business customer’s of Metro Cash & Carry India Private Limited (“METRO”)

2. The rules of the contest are as follows:
** All the METRO Customers are eligible to participate in 45 days league
** League will have 3 phases; 15 days each
** One winner will be selected from each phase(15 days each)
** EACH RUPEE spent by you will be considered as RUNS
** Each Phase: Total Rupees spent in 15 DAYS will be the total
** Phase 1: 5th -19th April’17, Phase 2: 21stApril-5th May’17, Phase 3: 6th -20th May’17
** You can check Leaderboard with top 5 Scorers that will be updated on Facebook and website every week.
** One Winner of each phase will be announced in every 15 days
** Winner of Phase 1, Phase 2, & Phase 3 will be announced on 20th April’17, 6th May’17 & 21st May’17 respectively
** Winner will have an option to choose one price item ( 32” LED or 190 Ltr Refrigerator)
** League ends May 20th- 2017.

3. Winners of particular phase are not eligible to participate in subsequent phases.
4. Winners shall be announced on 15th April on METRO’s Facebook page.
5. Winners will be sent a private message on Facebook profile within 3 days of the closing date of contest, informing them about winning the contest. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner & pick a replacement winner.
6. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
7. Winner to collect his prize from respective outlet.
8. METRO’s decision with respect to all aspects of contest shall be final.
9. Participating in the contest shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the terms & conditions.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name& image in any publicity material by METRO.
11. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
