Sangathan Offer

1. These terms and conditions are applicable for the “Bandhan Offer” being conducted by Hindustan Unilever Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HUL”) from 21st April, 2017 to 31st December, 2017.

The Participants agree to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and each Participant hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms.

2. The Offer is open only for Persons who are currently Strategic Partners or Wholesalers of HUL’s UFS business (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

Offer Definitions

a. Person means :
i. a natural person above the age of 18 years and an Indian national who is that is either a Strategic Partner or Wholesaler; or
ii. a company incorporated under the laws of India that is either a Strategic Partner or Wholesaler; or
iii. a person above the age of 18 years and an Indian national authorised to participate in the contest by all the partners of a partnership firm that is either a Strategic Partner or Wholesaler.

b. Strategic Partner means a Person who has been recognised by HUL basis business done in the last year with a monthly turnover of UFS products of value greater than Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees Only) with minimum purchase of 2 SKUs of UFS.

c. Wholesaler means a Person who has who has been recognised by HUL basis business done in the last year with a monthly turnover of UFS products of value less than Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees Only).

How to Participant

4. To participate in the Contest, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants:
a. Purchase institutional packs of UFS like gravies, seasonings, ketchups, sauces, desserts range under Knorr, Kissan and Brown & Polson brands from HUL more clearly defined Annexure I.
b. Achieve quarterly targets of uplift from HUL which will be designed for each Participant basis GSV of 2016 with respect to that Participant and will be communicated to each Participant from time to time.
c. Earn and collect points on purchase of HUL institutional packs mentioned above. The details of points earned per case is provided in Annexure I.

5. Each point collected above is equivalent of Re 1 (One Rupee Only) and the Participant shall win Amazon vouchers worth the points collected as per the milestones defined in Annexure II.

In addition to the Amazon vouchers, Strategic Partners only will be entitled to win some exciting prizes as defined in Annexure II. Any additional points which do not meet any of the milestones mentioned in Annexure II may be carried forward to the next quarter.

6. Points may be redeemed only on completion of quarterly targets after the end of the said quarter.

7. The Participant has an option to carry forward the points collected in one quarter where the target has been achieved to the next quarter. However, for redemption, the next quarter’s target will also have to be achieved.

8. The Participant shall submit his redemption request to the HUL representative along with details of the points collected and target achievements within 30 days (Thirty Days) of the end of the quarter in which target has been achieved.

Prize

9. Upon authentication and validation of Participant’s redemption claim, HUL shall give the vouchers and other prizes as may be applicable to the Participant, within 30 days (Thirty Days) of receipt of redemption request.

10. Participation in this Contest is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Participant. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the decisions of HUL, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

11. All Amazon vouchers and other prizes (as per Annexure II) will be handed over to the Participants against due acknowledgment of receipt wherein such Participants will acknowledge receipt of the Amazon vouchers and other prizes as the case may be to their satisfaction.

12. HUL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.
