Heritage Trails Photo Contest:

** This is a “Heritage trails Photo Contest” by Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (‘Club Mahindra’) which is carried out in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

** This Contest will run from 15th April 2017 to 31st May, 2017 .The duration of Contest can be curtailed or extended as deemed necessary in its sole discretion by Club Mahindra without issuing any prior notice.
** The Contest will be hosted on Club Mahindra’s official Facebook Twitter and instagram pages.
** A Participant can submit multiple entries but is only entitled to win once.

Procedures for Participation:
** Firstly, the Participant has to upload their holiday pics/videos for Heritage trails on our official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages of Club Mahindra. (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/clubmahindra/?ref=hl, Twitter: https://twitter.com/clubmahindra)

** Participants need to use the hashtag #HeritageTrails #OnlyAtClubMahindra and #resortname(Udaipur, Jaipur, Kumbalgarh, jodhpur and Jaisalmer) at the end of their post in order to make a valid entry.

Terms and Conditions for Participation:
** Contest would take place in resorts like Udaipur, Kumbalgarh, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer and members have to upload the photos on Facebook/ Twitter/ Instagram with a caption of how they are enjoying their holiday and all the entries must be submitted within the contest period.
** The Contest is not open to employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited.
** The decision of Club Mahindra in respect of all the matters of eligibility and winning entry shall be final and binding on the Participants.
** Mere Participation does not guarantee a prize.
** Club Mahindra reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants.
** Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Contest will be served to the participant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the Facebook & Twitter campaign page.
** Club Mahindra does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the Participants.
** Club Mahindra may collect personal information such as the Participant’s name, phone number or e-mail address, Government Identity Cards which may be used by Club Mahindra for its internal and promotional purposes.
** Club Mahindra may also access profile and other information from Social media platforms.
** By participating in the contest, the Participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation.
** All submissions and entries for the contest shall be accepted at the sole discretion of Club Mahindra.
** Club Mahindra reserves the right to alter, change, or modify the terms and conditions or postpone or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion at any time during the period of the Contest without issuing any prior notice and without being liable in any manner.

Prize:
The prize would be given to the picture with the max likes.
** 1 grand prize of DSLR camera.
** 2nd winner would get Experience Zone Gift voucher of Rs.5000/-
** Top 5 winners photos to feature on Club Mahindra Heritage Trails website, Social media pages and Club Mahindra holiday magazine.

Results:
** The results of the contest will be declared on or before 20th June 2017.The decision of Club Mahindra will be final and binding on all Participants.
** Club Mahindra would choose a total of two (2) winners. 1 for Grand prize and 1 for Gift voucher.
** These two (2) winners would be shortlisted from the Participants who have got the maximum likes on the images uploaded. Winners will receive the Gift by July 2017.
** The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or assigned or transferred any such attempt shall make the beneficiary ineligible from utilizing the prize.
** Any lapse in communicating with the winner due to false/incorrect E-mail address provided by the winners via contest entry process will not be the responsibility of Club Mahindra, and the participation of the winner will be treated as void in such cases.
** Post announcing the Winners, the winner needs to provide Club Mahindra with the necessary details asked for within 72 hours of announcing the winners, failure to which will make him/her ineligible for the prize.

Participant Eligibility Criteria:
** The Participant should be an Indian citizen, residing in India and should be 18 years or above at the time of application and should have fulfilled the terms stated here under.
** This Contest is not applicable for the participants from the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act,1979.
** All employees and direct dependents of the employees of Mahindra Holidays and the employees of group companies are not entitled to participate in the contest.
** Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. Prizes must be claimed by the respective prize winner in person.
** The Participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Club Mahindra harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Mahindra Holidays due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained
