About Theme:
The New World Order – Asian Economies in Leadership roles: Can India emerge as a Superpower?
Asia has emerged as an oasis of growth and stability in a world that is stuck the quagmire of low economic growth, geopolitical crises and domestic political uncertainties. The region defined by 2 largest populations and 3 largest economies, it is expected that Asia would leap forward for the leadership role in the emerging world order.
India has been clawing its way up in the global pecking order by being the fastest growing major economy of the world and a key player in Asia. Considering the fact that India stands a tough competition both from China’s production base and the increasingly phobic from the West trying to block multilateral trade , can we seize the opportunity and emerge as a key and a dominant force in International Trade?
Is there a possibility to overcome the geopolitical challenges and adhere to high quality standards which is expected by the global markets? Most importantly, are the Indian companies geared to accept the challenge of looking beyond protectionism & geographical borders and emerge as a Superpower in the Global competition for economic authority.
** What are the new management model which are implemented in Indian workplace for better productivity?
** How will the new management be taught and practiced in organisations with global disruptions?
** How can the business help the government minimize its intervention?
** Should the private sector play a larger role in policy making?
** How can companies optimize investments in automation and the workforce?
** How can India turn the challenge of the west’s de-globalization into an opportunity?
** Can we develop an Indian model of management to succeed at the Global stage?
