Contest Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest (herein after referred to as the “Contest”) is being organized by Vivo India.
2. The contest is valid to the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years.
3. Contest Platform: Facebook, Twitter & Instagram

4. To enter the contest, follow the steps:
** Click a #PerfectSelfie with your mom and share a story about your bonding with her.
** Upload it on our Facebook (VivoIndia), Twitter (Vivo_India) or Instagram (vivo_india) platform & tag us.
** It is mandatory to use hashtag #ThatsMyMom
** It is mandatory to like us on Facebook and Follow us on Instagram & Twitter

5. Contest Duration: 09-05-2017 to 14-05-2017
6. The winners would be announced on 14-05-2017, Sunday
7. Vivo India will select few lucky winners from all the entries received. Winners would be receiving Vivo Smartphone or Goodie bag. Winners will be contacted by Vivo India representative via email/social.
8. The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Vivo India and shall be final & binding on all participants.
9. Winners will need to share their details within 5 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof.
10. Contestants have agreed and have consented to put up their comments/selfies on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Vivo India shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put on the site by the public.
11. Vivo India reserves all the rights to change the gratification for the winners of contest. In case of any changes, winners will be informed by a message on their Twitter/Facebook/Instagram handles.
12. Vivo India can, at its India’s discretion, disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
13. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
14. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Vivo India will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
