Prior to the participation of any of our contests, it’s advisable for you to take a couple of minutes to read the following Terms & Conditions and ensure that you are completely aware of the Terms & Conditions. They are unconditionally and irrevocably binding on all contestants participating in any contest by Brad Ayurveda.

Qualified for the winner:
In Brad Ayurveda Bumper Offer Contest there will be 3 questions (1 question at a time which will change after 7 days.)
Qualified for the 1st & 2nd Prize: The participants whose all 3 answers are Right.
Qualified for the 3rd Prize: The participants whose only 1 or 2 answers are Right.

Employees of Brad Ayurveda or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

To claim the 1st & 2nd prize you need to buy atleast 1 product worht Rs. 990/- with additional 10% Discount.

Closing date for entry will be [22nd October2015]. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
Eligibility to Enter Contests:
Unless otherwise specified, individuals who enter in any of our Contest:
All Participants MUST be 18 years and above at the time they entered the contest and, if requested by Brad Ayurveda, shall provide evidence of the same. In the event the participant is below 18 years old their participation must be supervised by their parents or legal guardian.

Brad Ayurveda reserves the right to disqualify a Participant in the event, Brad Ayurveda learns of Participant’s ineligibility after awarding the prize. Any prize awarded shall be recovered fully by Brad Ayurveda.

No immediate family members should contest for any prizes within the stipulated period. This means that only one member of each family is eligible for a prize at any one time. Should this situation arise, the first winner who won the contest amongst the same family member will be the only one eligible for the prize. The collection period is shortened to 2 weeks from the date of notification, in respect to the non exhaustive list of products/good or services which are time sensitive i.e. cinema screenings, concert tickets, exhibitions, airline tickets and hotel stays.

The participants are solely responsible to collect and observe the valid period. Any 2 winners with the same phone number will be considered fraud and both will be automatically disqualified with or without notification.

Prizes:
All prizes must be collected within 15 days from the date of notification. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited. Brad Ayurveda shall not be obliged to notify winners of the collection dateline. It is the sole responsibility of the Winners to collect their prize. Brad Ayurveda or the prize sponsor shall have NO liability to the Winner in any respect whatsoever.

In special situations, and subject to the prior authorization of Brad Ayurveda, a winner may nominate a designated representative in writing to collect their prize. A copy of IC for both the winners and their representative will be required at the time of collection

All prizes are non-transferable to a third party and is not exchangeable for cash consideration. In the event that the prize is unavailable, Brad Ayurveda may, in its sole discretion, substitute a reasonable replacement for any of the prizes at any time at the time.

All winners should be able to identify the prize won and the segment it was won on when calling to enquire about prizes.

If a Winner chooses not to accept a Prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Brad Ayurveda.

Brad Ayurveda reserves the right to substitute or replace any prize with one of equal retail value. No complaints will be entertained on such matters.

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes payable as a result of a Prize being awarded or received.

Brad Ayurveda will not entertain any complaints on the quality and quantity of the prizes after handing the prize over to a winner.

All Winners may be required by Brad Ayurveda to participate in interviews, photo or video sessions and acknowledge that Brad Ayurveda has the right to use such interviews, publicity photos and videos in any reasonable manner it sees fit, without payment of any compensation.

Brad Ayurveda is not subject to any liability or guarantee arising out of the use of the awarded prizes. Brad Ayurveda is not liable in any way for any costs, damages, loses, injuries suffered by winner.

Contest Terms & Conditions:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen:
At random by software provided by Bradayurveda.com from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Indian] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Mumbai].

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
