Story Writing Competition :
It gives us great pleasure to bring to you a ‘Story Writing Competition” based on the picture given above. The purpose of this contest is to provide an opportunity to explore your creative bent of mind and generate ideas which are innovative and appealing & you can win exciting prizes too.

What You Need To Do ? :
Keep the given picture in mind and try to build a story around the same in not more than 500 words. You can write on any subject and it should not necessarily be related to physiotherapy.
You can pick up any topic of relevance as per your understanding & imagination and send us your story by mail on or before 5th June 2017 on contact@physiotimes.com. You must also provide a suitable title to the story you have written.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The contest is open to all physiotherapists & students.
2. The story must not exceed 500 words. Entries over 500 words in length will be disqualified.
3. The last date for submitting your story is 5th June, 2017.
4. Clearly write your Name, Date of Birth, Postal Address, Mobile no. and Email address & attach a recent passport size photograph or a profile picture.
5. The stories must be original. Entrants must confirm this in writing as part of the application.
6. All entries must be in English.
7. Story must be sent by email in a microsoft word file to contact@physiotimes.com
8. Physiotimes reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet the conditions outlined above. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
9. The name of the winner will be published in PHYSIOTIMES Vol 8, Issue 5, MAY-JUNE 2017, along with the story submitted.
10. The first prize doesn’t include lodging, boarding & travelling expenses. Winner can choose any one of the above mentioned dates for attending the program.
11. The Photograph shown in the prize and the actual product may vary.
12. We reserve the right to change or modify the prize.
