Youreka Camps Challenge :

Youreka Challenge is carefully designed to provide children a higher challenge in adventure. These Challenges start at a base camp.

However, children pack their rucksacks and set out for 4-5 days on water or on the hills where they face a test of physical, mental, emotional & social endurance.

Age Group :
White Star : Age – 9 to 12 Years
Red Star : Age – 12 to 14 Years
Black Star : Age – 14 to 17 Years

Youreka Snow Challenge :
The 6-day trek, some of it above tree line, takes you to an altitude of 14250 feet. Involves traversing in snow. Definitely not for the fainthearted.

Date: YCS1-18 May – 26 May 2017. YCS2- 24 May – 01 June 2017.
Age Group: YCS1 (Red Star) YCS2 (Black Star)

Day 1 : Departure from Delhi.
Day 2 : Arrival at Soaring Eagle Peaks campus, Dharamshala.Followed by acclimatisation trek.
Day 3 : Trek from campus to Mana.
Day 4 : Trek from Mana to Triund.
Day 5 : Trek from Triund to Laka.
Day 6 : Trek from Laka to Indrahar pass and back to Triund.
Day 7 : Trek from Triund to Dharamkot and then to the campus.
Day 8 : Departure from the campus.
Day 9 : Arrival in Delhi.

Youreka White Water Challenge:
A 6-day run on two of India’s most mercurial rivers. This rafting expedition is made to meet your need for speed.

Date: 26 May – 01June 2017.
Age Group: Red & Black Star

Day 1 : Arrival at the camp in Jayalgarh (pick up the basics of rafting, safety and rescue techniques etc.).
Day 2 : Jayalgarh – Srinagar – Jayalgarh (Drive to Srinagar for an introductory rafting trip and practice session).
Day 3 : Jayalgarh – Deoprayag (run on river campout by the banks).
Day 4 : Deoprayag – Beasghat (run on river).
Day 5 : Beasghat – Kaudiyala (run on river).
Day 6 : Kaudiyala – Rishikesh (run on river departure for Delhi).

Youreka Himalayan Circuit Challenge:
Date: 30 May – 08 June
Age Group: Red & Black Star

A multi campus, multi activity challenge over 9 days. Starting with a trek in the Dhauladhar ranges to the Triund Pass from our Dharamshala campus. You then drive through scenic routes to Camp Tirthan where the excitement peaks with Riverside Backpacking. Finally you finish at Junga where tons of fun is packed in.

Day 4 – Drive to Tirthan Camp
Day 5 – Riverside Backpacking at Tirthan
