** These Rules, Regulations and Guidelines are applicable to and govern the “Set Wet #WheresYourFace” organized and conducted by Marico Ltd. ‘Organizer’.
** By participating in the contest, Participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Rules.
** These Rules & Regulations may be modified without any prior notification.
** Participant is advised to regularly review these Rules. If there is any disagreement with any of the Rules and any amendments thereto, Participant must not participate in the Contest.
** The Contest is valid from 20th May 2017 12:00 pm to 19st June 2017 11:50 pm (‘Contest Period’).
** Organizer reserves its right for pre-closure of the Contest Period without assigning any reason for such pre-closure.
** Contest is open for all who are above the age of 18 yrs (hereinafter “Participant”) except those who are directors, partners, proprietors, employees and family members of the Organizer, Participating Outlets, its auditors, associate companies and its advertising and Contest agencies.
** Participants acknowledge that the Organizer will not be responsible for any information, personal or other-wise, shared by Participants entering into this contest on either mobile or any social media platforms like Facebook, etc.
** Participant unconditionally agree that they are voluntarily submitting photos and other data for this contest and they give unconditional consent to Organizer for using this data for business promotion and Participant waive any claim and protection under any law which is permissible to be waived by giving consent.

** Organizer will use random computerized method select the winners of ‘Set Wet #WheresYourFace’ Contest.
** Participant shall visit the website www.setwet.com/whereyourface or www.setwet.com/marico/wheresyourface for participating in the contest as per the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein.
** Participants shall not use any photo other than the individual participating in the contest. Participant shall be liable to follow product safety instruction while using the same.
** Winner shall be bound to follow the rules and regulations applicable to the contest and they shall be liable for any breach of such rules.
** It is the duty of the Participant to enter in the contest page correct and complete address on which the product will be despatched.
** Organizer shall dispatch the product to the Winning Participant at the address mentioned therein and shall not be responsible and/or liable for non-receipt of the product by the winner for whatsoever reason.

** Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** Participants agree that by entering into these contests or Contest they agree to these term and conditions.
** All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to laws of India and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
