PowerPlay Quiz Goldfish Contest :

Campaign Period – From May 24, 2017 00:00:00 hours to May 30, 2017 23:59:59 hours

Charging:
To participate in/register for the Campaign, the Participants have to:
1. Buy question packs available on the PowerPlay Quiz portal to play the Campaign by following the below mentioned steps
** Click/Type PowerPlay Quiz URL goo.gl/dOVnuO) on his/her mobile phone/laptop/desktop
** After clicking/typing on the above mentioned URL, he/she will be redirected to Quiz portal (Home page)
** Login with your Paytm account credentials
** After successful login, Participant will be redirected to store page
** After successful purchase of question pack, he/she will be redirected to question page and shall be able to answer the questions.

2. A pack received/bought by a Participant will be valid for that Participant only. Pack bought from PowerPlay Quiz during the Campaign Period shall be redeemed by participant during the Campaign Period only and it shall not be carried forward to any further Campaign or offer run by PowerPlay Quiz.

3. To continue further with the Campaign, the Participants have an option to buy more packs to play more. Customer would get the following “pack option” and post giving consent on Paytm Payment page, Participant shall be charged.

Winner Selection Criteria:
Winner(s) selection shall be done based on the following criteria in descending order of priority

a) Highest Score
b) Packs can be purchased multiple times, where the highest score of one pack among all the packs purchased, will be considered for winning. A new pack can be purchased only after the existing pack’s questions have been exhausted by the Participant.
c) In-case there is tie between participants on above mentioned criteria, PowerPlay Quiz reserves the right to select a winner at random, from those who’ve tied at the highest score.

Winner Selection and Announcement:
** The Participant would be selected as winner by PowerPlay Quiz. Post selection of winner(s), the results will be published on mentioned link www.quizwin.mobi/winners

** PowerPlay Quiz shall also make three (3) attempts within 48 working hours after completion of Campaign Period to contact the winner on their registered Mobile Number (with Paytm) to inform about the gratification and further process of claiming the gratification.

The gratification will be forfeited and the winner agrees to surrender the gratification if:
** The winner is not reachable/contactable on phone within 48 working hours of winner announcement
** The winner does not claim the gratification and/or fails to submit all necessary documents within 1 working day of being contacted by PowerPlay Quiz.

Eligibility For Claiming The Prize:
To be eligible to claim the gratification/s under the Campaign, the winner must have a valid Paytm KYC verified account (as per RBI guidelines). If the Paytm account is not KYC verified, the winner must submit documents for KYC and get his/her account KYC verified before claiming the prize.
