Presentation Contest :

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam is conducting M.Tech Thesis Presentation Contest-2017 on 16th June 2017 for various M Tech streams. It is sponsored by Centre for Engineering Research and Development (CERD), APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

The contest is being organized to create an interactive platform for discussing the academic and practical implications of research work done by the 2015-17 M Tech batch of RIT Kottayam.

The Department Evaluation Committee will recommend to a maximum of six students from each branch for oral presentation of their thesis work and remaining for poster presentation.

The participants for oral presentation will have to first submit the full paper as per the format published in website to the respective P G Coordinator. The remaining students have to submit the poster and the abstract in the prescribed format available in website.

There is no registration fee. The registration form is to be submitted to the PG Coordinator.Presentations will be evaluated by an external technical expert based on which the first and second best works and best poster will be decided.

** Last date of paper submission: 29thMay 2017
** Submission of camera ready version of paper: 05th June 2017
** Submission of poster: 09th June 2017
** Submission of list of participants for thesis and poster contest: 12th June 2017
** Presentation of Thesis work: 16th June 2017
