Cash Back Bonanza Scratch Card Offer 2015:
Tata Motors Ltd. (“TML”) offers Scratch & Win One Assured Gift on buying a Tata Passenger Car from authorized TML Dealership anywhere in India (except Tamil Nadu) during the offer period from 1st October’2015 to 15th November’2015 or till stock lasts. Model of Tata Passenger Cars is mentioned in the T&C. Under this Offer the eligible customer (“end-customer”) shall be entitled to claim the winning “Gift Voucher” in the form of Cash Back upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions contained herein. This offer is not valid for channel partners (Outlet, Dealers, Distributors, Sales Executives of Dealerships, Dealer Sales Executives, Government Sales and employees of TML).

The free-to-enter promotional offer (“offer”) is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above except employees of Tata Motors, and their families.

Every customer purchasing (with full payment to the Authorized dealer) any of the above mentioned vehicles during the offer period will be offered a scratch card by the selling dealer. On scratching the card, customer will uncover the details of the gift.

Each scratch card will contain any one of the following gifts:

How to redeem your Gift?:
Applicable for Cash Back worth Rs 20,000/- or more

Customer must fill up the “Claim Form” in CAPITAL LETTERS and hand over following documents to the selling dealer:
** Original Scratch Card in unmutilated condition along with photocopy of Product Invoice on or before 30th November 2015 – latest Address Proof, Pan-card, Dealer Invoice copy.
** Please read all the terms & conditions mentioned herein.
** Customers will be eligible to redeem the Gift Voucher / Cash Back only after submitting all the required documents to the dealer where the car was purchased from.
** Please collect an acknowledgment receipt for the documents submitted to TML dealer. TML will not be responsible for incomplete documents submitted to the dealer.
** Customers require to keep a photocopy (both sides) of all the documents being handed over to the TML dealer.
** The gift Voucher / cash back is not transferable.
** Gift Voucher / Cash-Back will be delivered within 8 weeks’ time from the date of car purchase.
