Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest is organised and conducted by Sony Mobile India Private Limited having its office at A-18, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044 (Sony Mobile India).

2. Contest Period:
Entries for this contest must be received between 6PM on 27th May 2017 and 11:55 p.m on 31st May 2017 (contest period). After this no entries shall be entertained and summarily rejected.

3. Eligibility:
Participants must be citizens of India residing in India. Residents of other countries and non-citizens of India are not eligible to participate. Employees of Sony Mobile India, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter into or win the contest. Participation in this Contest is voluntary. Entries may only be made according to the procedure described herein.

5. How To Participate:
To participate, the Participant(s) must send the entries in the manner set out herein below.

A. Follow the official Sony Mobile IN Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sonymobilein/

B. During the contest:
a) A post will be released on the Sony Mobile IN Facebook page.
b) Users can participate in the contest by telling which of the mentioned features they find most exciting and answer why!
c) Users can answer in the form of images, videos or text in comment section on Facebook using the completed hashtag #SonyXperia”
d) Usage of hashtag is mandatory. Entries without the hashtag would be considered invalid.

6. An entry must:
a. be an original and independent creation of, and owned by, the Participant; free of plagiarism and third party claims, intellectual property or otherwise.
b. not be subject to any restrictions as to use, publication, reproduction, duplication, copying in any way or infringe any applicable laws.

7. Entries which do not qualify with these terms will be disqualified. Sony Mobile India reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entry any time.

8. Winner Selection:
Two winners will be selected through computerised draw (random access number technique) out of all eligible entries. The Lucky winners stand a chance to win Sony Extra Bass Bluetooth Speaker (SRS-XB10).

9. Taxes & Incidental expenses:
Winners shall be liable for all taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with the Prize and all other costs, expenses including travel expenses, etc.
