By participating in this Contest, participants accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. NIVEA is merely a sponsor of the Contest, The contest will be run and managed by Travelport India Holidays Pvt Ltd.

Terms and Conditions :
1. The contest winners will be eligible for a holiday trip inclusive of air tickets and hotel stay subject to the condition that each winner will comprise of 2 adults.
2. Both the adults have to travel together on the same day, same place.
3. The cost for reaching the exit/entry point of airport or destination shall be incurred by the winner alone.
4. It is a Gift Certificate and not a holiday package to Goa. The winner needs to call on 022-40270013 and speak to Ms. Shilpa and provide his booking dates.
5. Booking dates must be from 15th May, 2017 to 15th August, 2017 and must be communicated 30 days in advance.
6. As per the booking date, Travelport will inform the customer with the cost of the entire package. Any cost over and above Rs.35,000 should be paid by the winner to confirm or book the package
7. The Holiday Package cannot be gifted or transferred or exchanged for cash as a refund or cancelled or amended.
8. If it is lost, there will be no Refund.
9. All other taxes and service charges are extra and have to be borne by the winners.
10. Inhabitants of the States of Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu and any other State or Union territory where Public Gaming Act 1867 or any other similar legislation is in force though will be allowed to participate in the Contest but will not be eligible for lucky draw

12. This offer is for a limited period and products without this offer are also available for sale.
13. In case of only one person travelling, amount cannot be clubbed or transferred for next booking.
