Nature Eneloop Photo Contest :
The contest is open to everyone, whether professional or amateur and regardless of nationality, age or sex.

Entrants under 18 years of age require the permission of a parent or guardian. By entering the contest, entrants under 18 years of age indicate that they have obtained the permission of a parent or guardian.
Grand Prize :
We will select 3 winners from each quarter. These 3 winners from each quarter are automatically eligible for the Grand prize. Based on the quality of the photo & the headline & thoughts behind the picture so that Panasonic will decide the winner for the Grand Prize. Please check T&C.
A Trip Tokyo, Japan (2-3 day)
How To Apply :
You can enter the photo contest either through Instagram, Facebook and/ or twitter. For Twitter & Instagram please use #eneloopphotocontest, upload it in the respective platform & share to gather maximum votes. For Direct Upload- Go to the Photo Contest Page, SignIn & Upload the photo & share it with you friends to gather maximum votes
Winners will be chosen on two criterion:
Quantity:
By the number of votes they get for the picture that a user has got for 1 upload. Panasonic Energy India has the sole discretion to choose the winners.
Quality:
** Panasonic will reach out to contest winners to collect information about the thought process behind the photo. This will be considered as Qualitative consideration for choosing the winner.
** In Case two participants have the same number of votes then Panasonic will take a call based on the image quality qualitative statement issued by the participants.
Terms & Conditions :
** Photos should be legitimate and should have been taken by the person taking part in the contest.
** By submitting your photographs you accept that you are the copyright owner of the photograph.
** By submitting your photographs you are giving rights to Panasonic to use the photo in any manner they deem fit for professional usage.
** The photographer owns the copyright and simultaneously grants the Panasonic Energy India Co Ltd its affiliates and licensees worldwide royalty-free rights, and perpetual license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivatives of such photographs, in whole or in part and in any medium, for editorial, commercial, promotional, and/or trade purposes.
In the event it is claimed that the photographs submitted by you infringes any person’s copyright, you agree to indemnify against all costs, expenses, losses, fines etc. incurred, borne or suffered by Panasonic Energy India Co Ltd
** We are using ShuttleRock platform to run the Photo contest in backend. Participants need to go through the Privacy Policy of ShuttleRock before proceeding to participate in the contest.

When will you announce the winners?
Information available from the Official Website :
The Panasonic Energy India Office will contact the winners only via email at their registered email addresses or accounts of the users profile in their respective social media used to upload the picture.
At the end of each quarter Panasonic Energy India Office will reach out to top participants (through email and/or social media postings) of that quarter to convey them the message. It should approximately take 10 days after the competition closes to announce the winners of each quarter.
