Daily Recharge Ka Dhmakedar Offer :

** This Contest (“Contest”) is open only to Indian citizens residing in India, aged 18 years or above, who are existing and valid mobile “Subscribers” of IDEA CELLULAR LUNISYSTED (“IDEA”) MP circle, as per established norms and guidelines of the Department of Telecommunication, Government of India.

** The Contest is organized for the subscribers of Idea and is managed by Saregama India Ltd (“SAREGAMA”).
** SAREGAMA will be responsible for the content, conduct, organization of the contest end to end and Idea will be responsible for selection of the winners.
** The role of Idea will be restricted only and exclusively to that of a telecom service provider.
** The Contest is neither open for employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IDEA and SAREGAMA nor their relatives.
** The Contest shall run for a period of 1st June ’17 to 31st Aug ’17.
** The Contest is valid only in IDEA- MP Telecom Circle.
** To participate in Contest the IDEA users need to dial DT Short code and download maximum DT

Prizes for the eligible winners will be as follows:
Recharge Coupon of INR 50 for 651 unique winners on monthly basis (Idea Need to share the details of winners for recharge)

Terms & Conditions:
** Neither IDEA nor SAREGAMA will entertain any requests for exchange in lieu of the prize/s.
** The prize/s of the Contest will be given only to the winner/s in whose name the mobile phone number is registered. The winner needs to be an active IDEA Subscriber at the time of receipt of prize/s.
** Neither IDEA nor SAREGAMA will be responsible for any loss, damage, claimed/demanded by the subscribers due to any of the following reasons:-
** Users is unable to dial contest DT short code
** User is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the Contest
** User is unable to understand the process of participation or is unable to participate in the Contest;
** User is declared as a winner but is aged less than 18 years of age or is incompetent to enter into a contract;
** Any other reason, event, error or incidence not within the control of IDEA / SAREGAMA
** Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winner/s or their legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against SAREGAMA or IDEA.
