Fidget Spinner Contest :

The following terms govern the Fidget Spinner Contest (“Contest”) which is hosted by Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd (“Snapdeal”) and any person who wishes to participate in the Contest agrees to abide with and bound by these rules.

Eligibility:
** Only Indian nationals who are above the age of 18 years are eligible to enter and participate in the Contest.
** Snapdeal reserves the right to seek from proof of age and/or nationality and any other information, detail etc. from the participants.
** The residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The participant is required to have a valid and active Facebook or Twitter account.

How To Participate:
** There is no participation fee required for participating in the Contest.
** Any person who fulfils the eligibility criteria and follows Snapdeal’s official Facebook channel or Twitter handle can participate in the contest by answering questions asked during the contest.
** For Facebook, the participants need to comment with their answer to the contest question, their name and their city of residence.
** For Twitter, the participants need to upload videos showing them playing with a Fidget Spinner, along with their name and their city of residence, in Reply to the contest tweet(s).
** The Contest begins at 10:00 Hrs Indian Standard Time (IST) on 2nd June 2017 and ends at 23:59 Hrs Indian Standard Time (IST), 2nd June 2017.
** From the eligible participants, 10 lucky winners will win Snapdeal promo codes worth Rs.100 each valid on all toys and games (5 on Facebook and 5 on Twitter).

Promo code terms and conditions:
** Rs. 100 off on purchase of any toy with no minimum purchase value.
** Promo code can be used once only.
** Valid till 31st July 2017 only.

Winners Announcement :
Winner will be announced by 5th June 2017. Facebook winners will be communicated through a comment on the contest post on Facebook and Twitter winners via a tweet on Twitter.

Supplementary Rules :
** The information shared on the social media platform will be subject to the respective Social Media website’s Privacy Policy.
** The Participants agree and permit Snapdeal to use their name, image, likeness, any other personal detail provided and publish their details in any medium to promote/advertise the Contents any other promotions, contents etc. which may be run by Snapdeal.
** By participating into the Contest, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his knowledge.
