Lakme #BeTheNext Contest

We are inviting aspiring female fashion models from all over the country to participate in the model auditions for Winter/Festive 2017.

Criteria :
Height: 5 feet 7 inches and above, Dress Code for video and images: singlet/tube top and hot shorts/short skirt

Terms & Conditions :
A. Registration for ‘Be The Next’ Model Auditions for Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017
** The application should have working links to both – Instagram post and video
** The applicant has to use the hashtag “#BeTheNext” in all posts to be considered for registration.
** Model auditions are open for female applicants only.
** Minimum height requirement: strictly 5 feet 7 inches and above
** The participant should submit the entry in the dress code as decided by Lakmé Fashion Week as per its sole discretion (Upper: Short Singlet/Sleeveless or Tube Top Lower: Tight fitted/hot shorts or skirt. High Heels)
** Last date to submit entries is 1st June, 2017.
** International models need to have a valid Indian work visa for a minimum of 6 months covering the duration of the Model Auditions and the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive event scheduled to take place in the month of August, 2017.
** Deserving candidates will receive correspondence via Direct Message or email
** The decision on selection of winners shall be final and binding; No correspondence requesting any change to the decision made on selection of winners, will be entertained under any circumstances
** The applicant shall be solely responsible for the content submitted and the consequences of publishing the same.
** Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or incorrect entries or any entry which violates the T&C will automatically be disqualified.
** Entries received after the Closing Date/Time will be disqualified.
** All post submissions must be of the participant themselves
** Any participant found guilty of plagiarism will automatically be disqualified
** All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by Lakmé Fashion Week.
** Lakmé Fashion Week reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the Participants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with the T&C or which tampers the entry process

B. ‘Be The Next’ Contest :
** From the entries submitted via the process mentioned in section ‘A’ above, Lakmé Fashion Week will select “1 or more winners” who will be flown to the on-ground auditions in either Mumbai or Bengaluru
** The winner/s of the social media contest for #BeTheNext will get a chance to be in the last round of the on-ground auditions for Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2017 at either Mumbai or Bengaluru
** The winners of the model auditions will get a chance to walk at Lakmé Fashion Week 2017
** The entries will be judged by an in-house jury and the decision of the in-house jury shall be final and binding.
** Lakmé Fashion Week reserves the right to change the terms of use anytime and stop or discontinue the activity at any time as per its sole discretion.
** Deserving candidates will receive correspondence via Direct Message or email
** The applicant shall be solely responsible for the content submitted and the consequences of publishing the same
** Lakmé Fashion Week has the rights to refuse entry at any point as per its sole discretion
** The decision on selection of winners shall be final and binding; No correspondence requesting any change to the decision made on selection of winners will be entertained under any circumstances
** Entries will be selected at the discretion of Lakmé Fashion Week, and Lakmé Fashion Week reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time and to suspend the contest or any entrant’s participation in the activity at any time.
