Fly to Wimbledon Contest :

** The contest is valid only in India from 26/05/2017 to 12/06/2017 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”).

** These terms and conditions apply to “Fly to Wimbledon” promotion for consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) sponsored and launched by Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ABFRL”) wherein consumers can participate by
** Making a Purchase at www.allensolly.com or at select Allen Solly Stores; and
** Thereafter submitting their details – Name, Age, Phone No, Invoice/Order No, Store Address & City of Purchase (in case purchase is made at physical store) along with a slogan on ” Why Allen Solly is just right For Wimbledon ” during the Contest period.
** Entries to be submitted – by emailing ABFRL – on “flytowimbledon@allensolly.com”. No other proof of entry is required or will be accepted.
** No responsibility can be accepted by ABFRL for entries that are delayed or incomplete.
** After the Contest Period, a total of 10 prizes will be awarded which entitles each winner to a, 2 Nights and 3 Days trip to Wimbledon, London, England (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”) The winner shall be eligible subject to fulfilment of conditions mentioned herein below.
** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws & regulations.
** Multiple entries from a single participant are allowed provided (a) the purchase is made during the Contest Period by the Participant with different invoice/order number and (b) only the best entry if selected by ABFRL will be awarded the prize.
** By participating in this Contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on “www.allensolly.com/flytowimbledon” (“Contest Page on AS.COM”) as well as the decisions of ABFRL, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

Eligibility :
** This Contest will be open to all the citizens of India with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of ABFRL and the agency.
** Participant should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
** The Participants making an entry any time during the Contest Period will be eligible to win the prize. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
** The contest shall run on select stores of Allen Solly in select cities of India (Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi only) and on www.allensolly.com

Prize :
10 Contest Winners are selected at the end of the Contest Period for the Prize.

The prize entitles the contest winners to a 2 Nights & 3 Days Trip to Wimbledon, London, England which includes the following only:

** Round trip economy class air tickets to London.
** Visa processing fees.
** Hotel Accommodation in London for Two-2 nights along-with breakfast.
** Pick-up & drop from airport to hotel and vice versa.
** Tickets for watching one Wimbledon match LIVE.
** Pick-up & drop from hotel to the match venue and vice versa.

General Conditions:
** Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.
** By taking part and/or entering into the Contest, the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
** ABFRL reserves the right to exclude any person from the Contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
** ABFRL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest Period, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason. All decisions of ABFRL in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding.
