** Participate in the contest to win a 2 nights, 3 days stay at the Fratelli Vineyards.
** Share your entry in the comments section of the contest post, use #AskmenxFratelli and tag your bae/buddy with whom you want to raise a toast at Fratelli Vineyards. You would also need to repost the picture to qualify for the contest.
** Starting on 31st May 2017 (Wednesday), till 14th June 2017 (Wednesday) end of the day.
** Entries posted between the given duration will be considered valid.
** Askmen India reserves the right to choose the winners based on their discretion.
** The contest period can be extended, modified or cancelled at the discretion of Askmen India.
** The dates for the trip are at the discretion of Askmen India
** This offer does not include the cost of travel.

Terms and Conditions :
1. This contest not valid for Fratelli Vineyards staff and all other related promotional partners.
2. This contest is valid for contestants who are above the legal age for drinking in the place they are participating / residing in.
3. The winners will be announced on the Facebook page and Askmen India’s decision is final and binding.
4. The offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer.

5. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. All winners shall accept prizes as they are and subject to any terms and conditions to the prizes. Askmen India makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes in this Contest.

Askmen India assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.

6. All parties shall be conducted only post requisite verifications. Non-response and failing to comply with the T&Cs of the contest will result in cancellation of entry.
8. In case of dispute, the organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. Askmen India reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of or withdraw this offer if required by the authorities.
