Recharge Dhamaka Contest :

The Dialer Tone Recharge Dhamaka Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Challenge”) is conceptualized, organized and conducted by OnMobile Global Limited in association with Idea Cellular Limited.

The Challenge is open for a limited period from 9th June 2017, 00:00:01 hours till 8th July 2017, 23:59:59 hours, both days inclusive, for the active[1] pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Idea subscribers

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Challenge is valid for all active prepaid and postpaid Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

1. 18 years
2. Resident of India
3. Not convicted or prosecuted for any criminal office
4. Not of an unsound mind
5. Resident of the above mentioned Circle
6. Should have the capacity to contract (no legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc)
7. If the Subscriber has ported out from Idea at the time of receiving any Gratification under this Challenge, Challenger will not be eligible for any Gratification.

The Subscriber may subscribe to the Challenge by Activating RBT service or Song Download by any of the RBT Promotional medium like OBD, SIVR, IVR, USSD, etc

Charging:
** The Subscribers has to activate paid RBT service during the offer Period to be eligible for offer.
** The charged amount for RBT Service will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances.

Winner Selection Criteria :
The selection of the highest scorer shall take place after completion of the Eligibility Period mentioned below & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter.

Highest scorer selection shall be done based on the following criteria:
1. Customer doing highest song downloads for the day will be eligible for winning Rs 50 recharge
2. Min benchmark is 3 song downloads/day
3. Customer with highest charging will be gratified
4. Total 60 winners will be awarded

Recharge Offer :
The Recharge Offer (Hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Ltd, a company having its registered office at 1st Floor , Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019 and corporate office at B-121, Sector 5, Noida, UP 201301 in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and corporate office at 10th Floor, Birla Centurion, Century Mills Compound, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai 400030 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Idea’) (One97 and Idea shall be jointly referred to as ‘Organiser’) and the Offer is open for a limited period from 1st June 17 00:00:01 Hrs to 30th June 17 11:59:59 Hrsfor pre-paid as well as post-paid category Subscribers1 & 2 of Idea for the following telecom circles.

1 An active Subscriber shall mean the Subscriber who uses the Subscriber Identity Module (“SIM”) on a regular basis for purposes other than to participate in this Offer or any other Offers offered by the Organiser jointly.

2 Subscriber shall mean the rightful user of the Idea connection; pre-paid or post-paid, in whose name the mobile phone number (MSISDN) is registered with the operator.

In the event the number / connection is registered in the name of a company or firm, the employee who is authorized to use the MSISDN shall submit a No Objection Certificate and authorization of the employer duly permitting the employee to use the MSISDN for participation in the Offer, receive the recharges and accept the terms applicable for the Offer.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate :
This Offer is valid for all active prepaid and post-paid Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuation of the Offer:
** He/she must be a Citizen of India;
** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above;
