The following are the terms of agreement between a participant and Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL). By participating in the #BiryaniMoments Contest, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms. Participation in the event is subject to the strict adherence to these terms & conditions.

Rules for participation:
** To participate in this contest, participants should have a legitimate phone number and/or e-mail ID.
** To participate in the contest, simply visit www.fortunefoods.com/biryanimoments
** Participants will have to share their memories about how Biryani made Eid extra special and how they have bonded with their families or friends over a biryani.
** Winners will be contacted on the basis of the details they have shared with us, via phone calls/WhatsApp.
** No entries will be accepted from any other medium than the website.
** Participation is restricted to Indian citizens only.
** The contest will be active only till the 28th of June, 2017
** AWL reserves its right at its sole discretion to accept or reject entries of the contest.
** Selection of winners shall be done by the company and the decision shall be final and binding.
** Winners will be chosen on the basis of the creativity of the entries.
** The winners will have to share their details within one week from the date of announcement of winners for enabling AWL to send the prize.
** In the event the winners fail to provide the details within one week, the prize of the winners shall stand cancelled and they will not be eligible for the prize.
** All participants get Rs. 25 cashback on Grofers for select Fortune products, details of which will be revealed after they participate on the website.
** Winners will receive the hampers within 30 days once they share their details with us.
** The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-refundable and is non-transferable.
** Employees of AWL, their immediate families, employees of AWL’s advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to qualify but can participate in the contest.
** Participant also grants AWL, irrevocable, exclusive and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, reproduce, transfer, modify and/or display any information contained in their entry in whole or part and in any form.
** By participating in this contest, the participants agree to have their name and any other content and information (submitted by them) to be displayed by AWL on the Fortune Foods website and other social media properties.
** All the intellectual property rights with respect of this activity shall be the exclusive property of AWL.
** Participants give AWL the right to share their details with the evaluation committee as well as with any other partner(s) who AWL deems necessary.
** The content shall be subject to Indian Laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ahmedabad only.
** Adani Wilmar Limited cannot and shall not be accountable / liable for any disruptions / stoppages / interruptions or cancellation of the contest.
** Adani Wilmar Limited and its associates cannot be held responsible for matters out of its control and for force majeure reasons.
