National Mathematics Olympiad :

The NMO tests will be held on 2 dates: 8th Nov and 15th Nov 2017

Registration of Students:
Students can fill in the registration by Online Registration form or by Registration forms sent to the registered Asiad Schools. Registered Students along with the applicant school, question papers along with examination requisites will be sent before the due date of examination.

Schools / Principals / Teachers can get registered without any charges or any fee. Also Schools voluntarily participating to be a registered examination centre will have no charges applied.

Important Information:
Schools who are not registered may request for registration by sending an e-mail to reachus@asiadedu.in or by giving a miss call at 9212108750.

Fees:
A nominal fee is collected from the student for participation. Certain part will be retained by the school for administration and other exam centres expenses.

The National MERA Olympiad paper consists of:
(1) Mathematics [M]
(2) English [E]
(3) Reasoning [R]
(4) Astute Section [A]

Note:
** Test will be conducted in English Language
** The exams are conducted in Schools
** All Question papers are as per the Class
** Examination will be for an Hour
** Question Paper will be on an OMR Sheet with Pen and Paper mode

Term & Conditions :
1. The ASIAD – Honoring Excellence is an all India Contest is a value added participation-based contest promoted by “MAEA” for voluntary participation by student(s) of leading school(s) of India who wish to voluntarily participate in the contest by submitting their entries through online participation; in the manner and subject to such terms and conditions as stated herein below.

2. This Contest is valid and being run for a period commencing from [29th Sept, 2016.] to [2nd Feb, 2017] the days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest Period”).

3. Further in order to launch, communicate and publicize the Contest, MAEA will be sending emails to the students/ schools. Also MAEA will publicize and advertise the Contest by way of putting relevant banners/ posters at the school campus and also sharing information by way of uploading the same on the Social Media and Electronic Media.

4. The Contest is exclusively sponsored and/or administered by MAEA and that no third party interest (including that of any school/business school/ institution etc.) will be created and/or associated under the Contest.

5. The Contest is being run on the website created by MAEA located at the URL asiadedu.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) which will specify the details of the Contest, its registration process and the manner in which the Participant(s) can submit their entries.

6. All the student(s) shall undertake not to conduct themselves in any manner which may constitute misbehaviour, unethical, unprofessional, anti social behaviour and/or refrain from using any abusive language etc. with any other Participant(s), staff and members of MAEA and/or any audience.

In case any conduct and behaviour is adjudged to be unsatisfactory, MAEA will be within its right to take necessary action against the Participant(s) including (disqualifying the concerned Participant(s) to leave the venue immediately).

7. It is clarified that once an entry is uploaded / submitted under the Contest, the same cannot be withdrawn by the Participant(s) for whatsoever reasons unless allowed/accepted by MAEA.

8. After the completion of contest, MAEA in its sole and absolute discretion through its independent panel /internal processes will select Participant(s) as the winner basis of the rankings and marks scored. The prize/ rewards will be announced a week prior to the contest.
