3. Contest period is as follow:- Facebook- 13 th June- 16 th June

5. The participants need to like, share the contest posts and tag their friends
6. The winner will be shortlisted by social media page managers on the basis of their promptness & quality of answer.
7. By participating in this Contest, the Contestant agrees to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Contest
8. Participants need to submit their entries on the respective Facebook timeline posts using the hashtag #HeartOfGold. Entries posted anywhere else will not be accepted.
9. The decision of ‘PCJ India’ will be final &; binding and is non-contestable.
10. The total number of winner will be 1
11. All prizes are non- transferable and non-refundable.

12 Contest is open for all Indian residents 16 years above except the employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (“Contestant”).

13. The Organizer reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, and Indian residency at the given prize delivery address and in case of any misrepresentation the organizer shall cancel the winner declared. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer.

14. Organizer at its own discretion can accept or reject any entries/Winner and no objection in this regard shall be entertained in any manner including in ability to contact the Winner, incorrect phone number, incorrect email id, or incorrect address or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein, etc.

15. If the winner cannot be approached on mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within seven (7) days after first attempted notification, PCJ India may, at its sole discretion, give the winning prize to the next declared winner and the original winner & entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.
