1. Pre-booking amount is refundable. Refund in cash at CHANNEL9 store
2. Delivery of phones at CHANNEL9 July 1st week based on availability of colour and stocks
3. First come first serve basis delivery

For Refer a Friend Contest:
1. The promoter of the competition is Channel 9
2. Refer a friend to actually pre-book and when pre-booking ask your friend to enter your mobile number in the last part of the pre-booking form meant for referrals. The person with highest number of referrals will stand to win.

3. The prize is as follows:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
