Essay Writing Competition For Smart City Haldia 2015:
All Citizens, Students and Stakeholders are invited to participate in Essay Writing Competition for HALDIA Smart City Plan.

Your Essay to have following templates:
Topic:
“My Dream City” (In English)
“Mere Swapnoka Shahar” (In Hindi)
“Amar Swapner Shahar” (In Bengali)

Essay Word Limit: 1000

Category:
a) For Students:
The Top 3 Essays will be awarded as:
i) 1st Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 5000 /- (Five Thousand only).
ii) 2nd Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 3000 /- (Three Thousand only).
iii) 3rd Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 2000 /- (Two Thousand only).

b) For Others:
The Top 3 Essays will be awarded as:
i) 1st Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs. 25000 /- (Twenty five Thousand only)
ii) 2nd Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs.20000 /- (Twenty Thousand only)
iii) 3rd Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs. 15000 /- (Fifteen Thousand only)

How to Submit:
Submitted online at https://mygov.in or Drop Box in different Market Places or Haldia Municipality Office,City Centre,Debhog,Haldia, Pin-721657

The Students may submit their essays to the Head of the Institutes. Haldia Municipality Officials will collect the same on 13/10/15.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The winner shall be chosen on the basis of Innovative and Actionable idea and creativity.
2. The Name of the participant, Address and Contact No. Must be mentioned clearly on the top of the Essay.
3. The decision of Haldia Municipality for selecting the winner shall be treated as Final.
