The “#MumbaiHooked Instagram Contest” is organized and administered by MRG Enterprises in association with Idea Cellular Limited.

The Contest is hosted on the Instagram page of Idea. To participate in the Contest, the participant has to first submit his/her registration for the photowalk with requisite details like name, address, email id, contact number etc by tagging the Instagram page of Idea and use the contest hashtag through his/her valid Instagram id.

By participating in this Contest, the participant :
** Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrants that the accuracy, truthfulness and correctness of all information that he/she may have submitted.
The terms and conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn; therefore you are advised to visit the Instagram page of Idea periodically to keep yourself updated and informed.

By participating in this Contest,
the participant acknowledges that he/she has willingly opted to participate in the Contest at his/her sole discretion and conscience
the participant indicates his/her acknowledgement and acceptance of the Contest terms and conditions.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Contest is available only for the residents of Mumbai telecom circle. Any person can participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee.

Eligibility  Criteria :
This Contest is valid for the participants who fulfill the below mentioned criteria and confirm that he/she is:

** Of or above 18 years of age.
** An Indian citizen
** Has neither been convicted nor prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor are of an unsound mind.
** Is not under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
** Having valid Instagram id

Nature of Contest/Task /Activity, Process and Gratification:
** Register for the photowalk and attend for the photowalk
** Attend the photo-walk in Mumbai at the designated venue
** Click original pictures/photos during the photowalk with their smartphones that is their perspective of the city (Mumbai)
** Upload the photos on Instagram (posts should be public) and submit the entries
** Each photo should include @ideacellularltd, #MumbaiHooked and #IndiaHooked in the caption
** Each photo should be tagged to @ideacellularltd
** Each photo-walk participant must click and share at least five pictures to be eligible for the contest

Duration of the contest :
18th June 2017 – 23rd June 2017. Entries received after 12 p.m. on 23rd June will not be considered.
