My Dream Kakinada Smart Kakinada Essay Writing Competition 2015:
All Citizens, Students and Stakeholders are invited to participate in Essay Writing Competition for Kakinada Smart City Plan.

The Essay would focus on three sectors:
1. Issues/needs brought out by citizens of the city
2. Citizen solutions to address these.
3. Citizen priorities

Topic:
What should Smart Kakinada be like? (In English)

Word Limit: 1000

Category:
a) For Students
b) For Others

The Top 3 Essays will be awarded as:
1. For Students:
a) 1st Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 5000 /-
b) 2nd Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 3000 /-
c) 3rd Prize(One) – Certificate along with Cash Incentive of Rs. 2000 /-

2. For Others:
a) 1st Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs. 25000 /-
b) 2nd Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs.15000 /-
c) 3rd Prize(One) – Cash Incentive of Rs. 10000 /-

How to Submit:

** Submit at the Smart Help Desk at the Office of Kakinada Municipal Corporation.
** The Students may submit their essays through the Head Master of Schools/KMC office on or before 13th October, 2015

Terms and Conditions:
1. The winner shall be chosen on the basis of Innovative and Actionable idea and creativity.
2. The Name of the participant, Address and Contact No., must be mentioned clearly on the top of the Essay.
3. The decision of Kakinada Municipal Corporation for selecting the winner shall be treated as Final.
