1. The terms and conditions contained herein  govern the “Mahindra Scorpio #15YearsofDomination Contest” administered and organized by Mahindra & Mahindra
2. Sending us your submission (“Submission”) constitutes you as a participant of this Contest and creates a binding contract between you and M&M, as per the Rules set out herein.
3. This Contest is valid for a period of two (2) weeks commencing from 24th June, 2017, up to 8th July, 2017, both days inclusive. Submissions must be sent between 16:00 hours IST on 24th June, 2017 and 23:59 hours IST on 8th July, 2017.

4. Categories  :
This Contest earmarks the completion of 15 (fifteen) years of Mahindra Scorpio in India, and comprises of 4 separate and distinct categories as mentioned below:

** Best Customized Scorpio;
** Best Adventure Moment with Scorpio;
** Best Selfie with Scorpio;
** Best Anniversary Wish for Scorpio.

You may participate in any or all of the above categories, subject to the fulfillment of the Rules contained herein, and each category shall be judged independently.

5. Eligibility criteria:
This Contest is open only to individuals, who are citizens of India, and are 18 years or above at the date of making the Submission.

6. How to Participate:
** Participation in this Contest can be done either by making your Submission at the microsite provided on the given link i.e. https://web.archive.org/web/20180111095935/http://www.mahindrascorpio.com:80/anniversary/index.html, or by directly posting your Submissions in the form of comments to our post (which led you to the Rules contained herein) on the Mahindra Scorpio Facebook or Twitter page.

** However, the same submission need not be posted on more than one of the aforementioned gateways.
** Send in your Submission as per the category You are choosing to participate in.
** By sending in your Submission, You represent and warrant that all personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.
** You recognize that submitting false or misleading information may result in disqualification from this Contest and/or receipt of the prize in the event your Submission is decided to be the victorious one.
** Moreover, M&M reserves the right to disqualify any individual that is found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in a disruptive manner, or violating the Rules contained herein.
** Submissions shall be made by You solely at your own costs, risks and responsibilities. M&M shall not be responsible or liable for any cost incurred by You in any manner whatsoever for participating in this Contest.
