** The Bingo! Paytm offer (“the Offer”) and the Bingo! Paytm contest (“the Contest”) is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”) in association with One97 Communications Ltd. (“One97”) on One97’s platform, www.paytm.com (“the Website”) purely for promotional purposes.

** Participation in the Offer and the Contest is purely voluntary. People participating or seeking to participate in the Offer and Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** By participating in this Offer and Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Offer and Contest as well as the decisions of ITC and One97 which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer and Contest.
** Successfully entering the Contest and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
** The Offer and Contest shall be open from 1st June, 2017 00:00:01 hours (at midnight) and shall close on 15th October, 2017 at 23:59:59 hours (“Offer Period/Contest Period”).
** The Offer and the Contest is valid on all Bingo packs with the Offer and Contest promotion on the label (“the Packs”).
** This is a limited period Offer and Contest.
** Packs without this Offer and Contest are also available in the market and will not be subject to any claim or dispute of any nature under this Offer and Contest.

Eligibility:
** The participation in the Campaign is open only for the Campaign Period for the Indian citizens of 18 years of age.
** To be eligible to claim the gratification/s under this Offer, the winner must have Paytm Account.
** To be eligible to claim the gratification/s under this Contest, the winner must have a valid Paytm KYC verified account (as per RBI guidelines).
** If the Paytm account is not KYC verified, the winner must submit documents for KYC and get his/her account KYC verified before claiming the prize.
** ITC and One97 reserves the right to exclude any Participant from the Offer and Contest on grounds but not limited to that of misconduct or criminal record.

Steps to avail of the Cashback Offer:
** Check for a code printed inside the Pack. The Participants will find one coupon code (“the Code”) inside a Pack.
** The Participant can use the Code in the manner described below to avail of the cashback of Paytm cash.
** Paytm cash is the cash that participant gets when he/she applies the Code on the Website or on the Paytm app. (“Paytm Cash”).
** Visit the Website www.paytm.com/madangles or download the Paytm app (“the App”).
** Register on the Website or on the App and create a Paytm account.
** Participants who have existing accounts with Paytm can use their existing credentials to avail of the Offer. Apply the Code to receive Paytm Cash into your Paytm wallet.
** The Paytm Cash is then stored in the Paytm wallet and can be used to purchase any of the products or services available on the App or on the Website.
** No cash will be given in lieu of Paytm Cash.
** On successful application of the Code a onetime addition of the respective denomination (Rs. 5 or Rs. 10 respectively) shall be made to the Participant’s Paytm wallet.
** Each Code is unique and can be used only once. A Participant with a Paytm account may avail of the offer twice.

Steps to Participate in the Contest:
** The Participants will also answer a question available on paytm.com/madangles and participate in a contest to get a chance to win Paytm movie vouchers and Paytm cash of Rs. 1 lakh based on creativity in their answers (“the Contest”).
** For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that the gratifications offered under this Offer and Contest are solely distributed by One97 in association with ITC for the Winner(s) of this Offer and Contest.
** One(1) Participant each day of the Contest Period and shall win Rs. 1000 cashback on movie tickets at Paytm (“Rs.250 X 4 Movie Vouchers”).
** One winner shall be chosen from those who redeemed the offer between midnight of previous day and midnight of current day (12 am to 11:59 pm) during the Contest Period.
** One (1) Participant in each week of the Contest Period shall win Rs. 1 lakh in Paytm Cash.
** One winner shall be chosen from those who redeemed the offer between 12am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday each week of the Contest Period.
** The winning entries shall be chosen by organizers, and their decision shall be final.
