Yamaha Happy Birthday Contest :

1. The Yamaha Happy Birthday Campaign is a limited period activity valid from 1st July 2017 – 3rd July, 2017, brought to you by India Yamaha Motor. The activity is open to all social media users who are above 18 years.

2. No entry fee is charged to participate in the Activity.

3. Participants have to share their Best Yamaha moment using Text / Image / video with us using #Yamahappybirthday at Yamaha Facebook / Twitter/Instagram pages which will be further reviewed by India Yamaha Motor officials.

4. Winner’s selection of this contest is sole discretion of India Yamaha Motor and the decision shall be final and binding on the participants.
5. 30 Winners will be selected (10 Facebook +10 Twitter + 10 Instagram)
6. Winner will be selected by India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd. and awarded with Yamaha Merchandise.
7. Images/Videos shared by the participants will be the property of India Yamaha Motor and can be used for promotional purposes.
8. Material pertaining to Yamaha Happy Birthday Campaign is the property of India Yamaha Motor.
9. Decision of India Yamaha Motor in all matters relating to this activity shall be final and binding on the participants.
10. India Yamaha Motor reserves the right to vary, amend, and alter any terms of the activity including the right to withdraw the activity, at any time, without any notice.
11. All disputes relating to this activity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Delhi only.
12. All the participants registering for the activity allow India Yamaha Motor to use their contact details for Yamaha Promotional activities.

13. All participants participating in the activity by registering for the same on the Social Media page shall be deemed to have unconditionally agreed to the terms of the activity and all decisions of India Yamaha Motor in connection with this activity.

14. India Yamaha Motor & India Yamaha Motor Group company employees and their relatives, its dealers and their relatives, advertising and event management agency are not eligible to participate in this activity.

15. All taxes and other levies or charges applicable to the prizes shall be borne by the participants/winners and the same shall be deducted at the time of giving the prize. 16. The Contest called “Yamaha Happy Birthday” is a limited period contest & open to Resident Citizens of India except those residing in Tamil Nadu.

The contest is not open for participants from the State of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.
