Here is the awaited National Level Competition – 2017
We kindly request all the participants to go through the Rules and Regulations completely and please cooperate with the procedures mentioned

Rules :
** Art work shall be made using medium such as Pencils, Crayons, Pastels, Water/ Poster/ Acrylic/ Oil / Glass Paints/
** Art work MUST be of size A4 the maximum (210 x 297 mm) or less than that of an A4. (Output can be of any Shape or Size)
** Entries must be made only using PAPER/THICKPAPER.

Mode Of Payment :
Depending on the TOTAL number of entries – a single Bank Demand Draft in the name of “PHEGIVEF” payable at “Coimbatore’, Tamil Nadu, India has to be sent with the entries parcel Participation Form has to be filled COMPLETELY by the School / Institution / Group / Individual and to be sent authorized With the entries PARCEL.

Results & Prizes will be sent to Respective Schools/Institutions/Groups/Individuals by POST before November 2017 and can also visit “Competition – Results” at phegivef.com for School Who Wins more than 10 Awards.

Entres Shall Be Submitted Only By Post contraint. Also the Entry will get rejected.

** The PHEGIVEF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any stage and in any way.
** The PHEGIVEF reserves the right to cancel the competition at any
** stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
** For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly stated in these Terms, no expenses, costs, fees or other sums will be paid by The PHEGIVEF

How to Send :
The Entries, Completely filled and signed Participation Form, A Covering Letter with School Address Seal & Authorized Signatory, Bank Demand Draft, Participants List as mentioned in Rules and Regulations has to be Sent ONLY by Post / Parcel / Courier (at your own rist and expenses) to the address mentioned below:
